Check in late , check out early , women services good, no bell boy, next to hospital.

Spacious room, given 2 different types of pillows. Will be even better if some of the front desk staff can be more smiley - most of them look quite serious.

The room is spacious and clean, totally satisfied with my overall stay here. Location wise, it’s slightly further from the train stations but we went in early April and it’s okay to walk a bit more in such cooling weather.

Great location. But the room I stayed in wasn’t the most cleanest. Stayed 3nights.

I chose it because it was closest to the hospital.

The hotel environment is good and the transportation is convenient. There is no Chinese service.

Requested to check out at 11 o'clock, which was a bit early. If I wanted to check in a little later, they said I would have to pay extra, which was uncomfortable

The location is convenient and the luxurious atmosphere is satisfying. The nearby Changgyeonggung Palace tour is also perfect for the morning. The breakfast buffet is also excellent.

There are many buses going from Hyehwa Station, and you only need to go 3 stops. It was clean and nice.

The hotel staff are polite and can communicate in simple English. The room is nice, with two tables, one high and one low, which is very convenient for placing items. But one thing to note is that there is no toothpaste or toothbrush provided. The disadvantage is that the location is too far from the Metro, so we have to live there. In addition, although the fitness room is large enough and well-equipped, there is also a Coin Laundry on the same floor, which is a pity. . . Both close at 22:00! For tourists traveling, it is too early to close! In addition, there were no towels provided in the fitness room. After asking the staff, they actually said that I had to bring my own towel. . . I would never choose to stay in this hotel again.
