Hotels Near Musical Fountain in Seoul

The hotel is well located, just a minute walk to 2 subway station and also the airport bus stop is just in front of the hotel. The hotel is just opened which make all the furnitures are all brand new. The concept is similar like japanese hotel which all basic necessities are well taken care. No need to worried about food as there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, 24 hours mart n also groceries stores nearby.

Good location, nearby to a few train stations so I can choose to alight at different stops depending on where I came from. Amenities like soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, towels provided, as per stated in the listing. Common pantry at level 1 can be used, which has hot water, coffee, cutlery, microwave. Comfortable and recommended to stay.

Location: First of all, it was located in front of the bar of Chungmuro Station, so the accessibility was very good! As soon as I got off the station, it was easy to find because it was right there, and it was easy to move to the subway. In addition, there are many food nearby, so I ordered it to be delivered in the evening. At night, I went out with my friends and played in my favorite bar. 🍻 Room interior, cleanliness: First of all, the room stayed in a room for three people, but it was wider than I thought, so three people went to sleep. It was enough, very neat and clean. There was also a table, so it was easy to eat, and it was okay to bring a laptop and see the work! The bathroom is clean and Netflix is available (you need to use your own ID). There is a washing machine, induction, and sink, so you can cook and wash! (I haven't used it, but,) it was just new and tidy because the bathroom was just built. Is it a little unusual that the sink is on the outside? It wasn't uncomfortable, but it wasn't as noisy as Hongdae or Sinchon. It was nice to be quiet at night, not like a noisy downtown area, but because of its good accessibility and location, it was convenient to use public transportation and places to eat or cafes around. It was nice to have a lot! I stayed with my friends, but I think it would be suitable if you are looking for a place to stay for long-distance business trips or business purposes.. !

Overall the Oriens Hotel and Residences was a great value for it allowed the family an area to return to relax for another day of sight seeing. It is spacious and ample room to unwind compared to a standard hotel. The hotel’s location is decent and the railway system is close. The rooms were clean and even heated flooring so great on a cold night. A little learning on how to turn on the hot water system which is as needed system that takes about 5 to 10 minutes to heat up. A dining room table with 4 chairs and all the cups, plates and silverware plus dish soap. Pluses are the kitchen with a full refrigerator, Microwave oven, bottle water provided, stove, oven/toaster, dishwasher and the clothes washer and dryer as a single unit. Great for college dorms and retirement unit. Another plus is that the front desk staff even loaned a transformer unit so you can charge your electronic devices- ie phone. Breakfast was available for an additional charge. We did not eat at the hotel and ventured out to the local restaurants. Check in and checkout was very efficient. Would consider staying here again.

Overall it was a decent stay at the GM JS boutique especially for the price. Service and amenities were standard - staff were polite & hotel room had the basic amenities you need…there’s extra charge of 1000 KRW if you use the toiletries though, ie shampoo, toothbrush, etc… One thing we noticed when we entered though was the smoke smell, perhaps it had something to do with ventilation or pipes.. it was gone the day after. It was also quite dusty so our all allergies were definitely triggered for the first few days… it would be great if the room could be cleaner as well, there were some blotches on the wall/cabinet. In terms of location, it’s near a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, bus & subway station, which was good. If you’re planning on going around tourist areas, ie Hongdae, Myeongdong, Gangnam, area, the location is quite far though. When we tried to take taxis back to our accommodation, some refused as they say they don’t plan to go that far… Size of the room was quite good, spacious enough for 2 people and open up your luggage. There’s a study table with chair and a small coffee table with chair. Bed was quite comfortable. Bathroom was also spacious with a smart toilet (seat is also heated) & bidet. Would recommend this hotel for a budget friendly one & good for the price!

Wow, this hotel room is simply exceptional! The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a tasteful decor that exuded elegance and style. The attention to detail in every corner of this room truly showcases the dedication of the hotel staff in ensuring a memorable and comfortable stay. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel room experience!

The environment of the hotel is probably good, and the environment of the hotel rooms is good. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and sometimes a little water flows out during the shower. The room space is large, and it is no problem to open a 75L. There are 2 sofa chairs to sit on. The hotel is surrounded by more tree space. It's just that Guangming is relatively remote, and can be reached by KTX, airport bus, and subway. The pace of life throughout the day is slow, and it feels a bit like retirement life. If you are tired of playing in Seoul, you can experience retirement life in Li Guangming. Please be careful when taking the Line 1 subway, as the subway schedules vary. Not all subway trains arrive at Guangming Station. The surrounding stores close around 2130, so only convenience stores are open at night. There is a large department store nearby, Lotte Mall, which you can visit. Please pay attention to the store's business hours. Attached are 2 station timetables, the first one: from Gwangmyeong to Yeongdeungpo, the second one: from Yeongdeungpo to Gwangmyeong Station.

Very comfortable atmosphere and very kind stuffs. This was my forth stay there and kinds of breakfast buffet are so improved in this six months. Hope to come back and stay again. Thank you very much for all stuff members great hospitality in this hotel.

It was clean, friendly, and the location was good. I made a reservation again on the 15th and am looking forward to it. I'm comfortable in English because it's an English-speaking country. My girlfriend only speaks English.
