Very good breakfast, friendly staff, location near the metro. Comfortable rooms. Wall outlet has USB and USB-C. Rooms are very good cleaned and bed linen was changed every day. Of the minuses, the pool is very small and shallow, there are not enough sunbeds and towels, and windows in rooms without sound insulation

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and overall, I had a positive experience. One of the standout features was undoubtedly its fantastic location, which offered convenient access to the nearby metro station. However, I must acknowledge some areas that fell short of expectations. While the room was comfortable, I did notice that cleanliness was not up to the standard I had hoped for. Additionally, the amenities provided were somewhat lacking, which was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated their efforts to make my stay enjoyable. With some attention to detail in cleaning and enhancing amenities, this hotel has the potential to be an even more delightful destination for travelers.

Being situated right next to the subway station made it incredibly convenient for transportation and exploring the city. The service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional, deserving another top score of 5. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their warm and welcoming approach enhanced my overall experience. When it came to cleanliness, the hotel maintained a pristine environment, earning yet another perfect score of 5. The rooms and common areas were immaculate, reflecting a high level of hygiene and attention to detail. Regarding amenities, the hotel offered a satisfactory experience, earning a score of 4. While the shampoo and lotions provided were of good quality, it is worth noting that the overall facility was showing signs of age. However, this did not significantly detract from the overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay.

Nice service, people and environment!

The room is clean and beautiful, and you can walk to various attractions. However, water is only provided for one day, and there are few swimming pools. It is very close to Seaver Stadium. Downstairs there is Carrefour and a very delicious restaurant, La Carveceria Catalina. The ham in the picture is amazing. `

Nice hotel with a good location. Subway stop right outside. Shopping center with lots of shops next door. We got a renovated room with access to the pool. So the room was nice and attractively decorated. However, not all rooms seem to have been renovated. Breakfast was good and enjoyable, even delicious. Reception was always friendly. So everything was great. Only the WiFi was a bit weak.
