This is our fourth visit… we love the Mercer Sevilla. This was apparently a wealthy family’s property in the old city and has been so incredibly well redesigned into a small luxury hotel… perhaps 12 or 14 rooms with massively high ceilings, transitional design, and the best of interior fittings. The rooms are on two floors while the third floor boasts a small rooftop pool which is perfect to combat summer heat from May to Sept. The staff are world class and very helpful when needed, but otherwise discreet. Mattresses are top quality. Location is perfect to explore the old city. Can’t say enough good things about this location. And while far from cheap, the value equation is excellent. I can’t think of a better base in Sevilla!

We can highly recommend this hotel. We had a minor issue with our room on our first night but this was resolved without question and we were moved to another room. Every single member of staff were friendly and courteous. We were a large group and reception helped us out booking excursions, restaurants and transfers. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was excellent, served by our favourite waiter of our whole trip! Well done Radisson you should be very proud. The hotel is ideally situated for getting around the city on foot.

The hotel is centrally placed for exploring Sevilla but because it is located in a relatively small building it struggles to provide all the services associated with a five star hotel. As a consequence I would say it rates only as a four star hotel. Having said that the staff were excellent and very professional, the rooms were spotless if a little small and the food was five star. The gym is small with just one treadmill, one exercise bike , one cross trainer and some free weights . To use the gym you had to book a time as only two or three people could be in the gym at any one time. The rooftop pool was small and only suitable for a cooling dip and not a swim. The hotel has been well fitted out but because of its location the designers have had to squeeze a lot into a relatively small building.

It should be the best hotel in Seville. It has an excellent location, very close to the palace and church, and surrounded by the business district. The hotel itself belongs to Marriott's Luxury Collection brand. It was built by Alfonso XIII for the World Expo. It has a strong historical atmosphere and the elevator is very unique. The room itself is also very good, with good furnishings, comfortable beds and bathrooms. The supplies are all from selected brands, and there are no shortcomings except that there is no separate shower; the breakfast is rich and tastes good. It is self-service. There is a dedicated hot food chef in the left channel facing the dining table, who can make omelette and omelettes. And so on; luggage handling when checking in, luggage storage and taxi calling when leaving the hotel were all smooth; a final reminder: since this hotel is a well-known luxury hotel in the local area, it will be considered a wealthy person, so be careful when taking a taxi. The driver will charge you more. I came from the airport and used the meter for around 28 euros, but the driver charged me 35 euros. Please be careful.

Location was great, near everything you’d want to see and very easy to walk to and from. The hotel rooms, beds, kitchens were great and provided good sleep, laundry and a nice way to enjoy a few days in town. You have to be pretty self sufficient for their use as it is all done via app communication and an app you download to get in and out of the room/building. The only negative comment I’d have was the room got very warm and it took a bit of work on our part to convince the team the problem with the temperature was not US, but the thermostat was not working properly. Finally, a person came to our room and was able to figure out what was wrong after we had to jump various hoops to try to resolve the issue. In her defense, when it was fixed, she was very apologetic about the matter. Also, they did provide a breakfast for us which was a box dropped outside the room door. The food was good, however, the first day we didn’t realize the system and we let it sit outside too long.

Everything else was ok, breakfast was simple. But what to say is: the friends who drive must pay attention! The so-called parking is not parking at the hotel, but parking to a parking garage that is 10 minutes away from the hotel and walks about 1 km away. And you still have to pay for it, as long as you spend 19 euros overnight. Nothing about this hotel! In addition, the hotel is located in the old city, the road to the hotel entrance is narrow to the driver who opened the road for the first time, the wheel hub will be kicked if not careful, and will get lost. We spent a lot of energy to find the hotel for half an hour, but was told to go to the parking garage again, very frustrating. For the first time here, friends who are unfamiliar with the situation should pay attention.

In the old town, the location is good, it's a bit hard to find when you go, the cathedral is less than 3 minutes away. The hotel is well decorated and the facilities are very useful. It turned out to be a twin room on the first floor. The shower room was a bit leaky. The room was changed the next day and a sincere apology was expressed. We are very satisfied with this. Breakfast variety and environment are very satisfactory.

The location is good, right next to the cathedral. Breakfast is not included and parking nearby is not very convenient. But it is very suitable for bringing children, there is a small kitchen suitable for cooking something you want to eat, not far from the supermarket. This is a great little hotel in the centre of Seville. Very close to the cathedral so you have a land mark to find if you are out walking about as we did. Very Clean and helpful friendly staff. They provide free water, juice and soft drinks in reception. Which is a life saver if it's warm. They also have a coffee machine and some snacks, also free. Relatively quiet, considering you're in the city centre. The rooms are basic, the shower in our room was badly designed and tended to flood the floor. But wasn't a big issue once we realised what was happening. Has a lift and an outside area on the roof if you wish to sit outside. The AC is very good. T.V is not great if thats important to you. We got a taxi from the Airport which was €33, They dropped us at the end of small street in which the hotel is located and we walked up to it. Its about a min walk. Reception booked a taxi for us on our return to the airport, and the taxi guy called reception to say he was there and we walked down and met him. If you are traveling at night time the taxi guy will meet you at the door of the Hotel as reception close's at 1am There are bars, shops and restaurants and big plazas within one min walk from the hotel. Really liked this little hotel, hope to return again.
