Great place and great location. It’s a very simple hotel but perfect.

We stayed for 7 days and overall great. Location is quite good with 2 convenient stores few steps away. Nearby there is a mall with a great selection of food. We got a 2 bedrooms unit with bedrooms on the upper deck. Equipped with a small kitchen, living room and bathroom on the lower deck. Rooms are clean and cosy, bed is comfortable and bathroom is without windows but the ventilation works well. Thank you so much to the staff Wendy and Tim, they were really helpful and gave great information on tourist sights. They went out of their job scope to help me courier items to my friends in other parts of China as I do not have a local contact number. Would definitely stay in the base if I visit China. 👍🏻

I had a wonderful experience staying with Base. It was comfortable like home, the bed is very comfortable. I stayed in duplex two room, the living room is fantastic and comes with a great view of the local street of xuhui district. It is a peaceful street, there are a few malls and convenience stores around, many choices for food. Special thanks to the friendly and helpful reception staffs who help me with my check in and check out -Billy and Wendy thank you very much for your great service. You had made my stay a wonderful experience, I will definitely come back again . The house keeping ah yi is also very nice and caring to ensure I have everything that I need, she came to replenish bottled water, towels and clean up my room in the morning. You will love this hotel as the staffs take care of you like a family.

We stay here often when visiting Shanghai. Great location, 10 minute walk to two different metro stations. Rooms are a good size and have toaster/kettle/dinnerware. Plenty of storage space. Nice bathroom with good shower. There are also shared facilities on site, kitchen, laundry room, super helpful for long stays. Staff are always extremely helpful, even if there is sometimes a language barrier. Big thanks to Wendy & Kevin at reception for all their help. Will stay again!

I spent a week with my mom in the base wending serviced apartment and we really enjoyed the stay. It is clean and spacious, the stuff is really nice. Especially link was really willing to help and Courteous. I forgot some things in the room after the checkout and I could contact them directly and I got my things back without any trouble. Big recommend!

Wendy Wang was extremely helpful and nice. The room and service was super clean and the bed was large so comfy to sleep in after a long flight. 10/10 😁👍

Convenient accommodation with clothes washer-dryer, basic kitchen , comfy bed, plenty of storage, balcony rooms are pleasant. Handy to Metro lines 9,3,4,1 and shopping mall. Good front desk service from Wendy and Mr Zhao. Recommend able.

The receptionist Wendy is very helpful, nice person and have excellent service. The hotel is a bit far from the subway station for me. The room size is big for Shanghai standard and the price is affordable.

We LOVED staying at Base and will be staying here again in the future. It was really convenient to have the laundry rooms and kitchens open to use when travelling with young children. Wendy at the front desk made us feel very welcomed and was very kind to us.

The hotel is close enough to well connected Metro station. Lot of shops around and malls to eat. Clean and spatious enough room, the personel in the reception are kind and attentive. L’Hotel és a prop d’una parada de metro amb 3 linies diferents, ben connectat. Al voltant hi ha botigues i llocs per menjar, amb diferents centres comercials, el personal es amable i atent. L’habitació es correcta.
