The environment of Home Inn is okay, very clean, and the price is quite reasonable when you come here. The location is very good. There are many big business districts nearby. It is right on the edge of Vientiane City. It is also close to the port. The old street is right outside the door, which is very convenient. The service is very good, the guy and the girl at the front desk are always responsive, which is great! When I watch a movie at night and use it to cast the screen on my TV, the viewing experience is really smooth. When you enter the room, you can see that the room is very clean, the facilities are relatively complete, and the stay is very comfortable. If you want some takeout during the day, a cute robot will deliver the food, which is really a surprise! All in all, the experience was very good. I will choose this hotel next time I come here.

The Bauhinia Shenzhen Hotel Is a jewel of a boutique hotel in commercial Shenzhen next to the iconic Mix C shopping mall and accessible via the Grand Theatre MTR station. Jenny Liu, the manager who speaks proficient English ensures travelers are given a Warm welcome and dietary needs at breakfast looked after. The breakfast is delicious and great value. Rooms are clean, well furnished in a functional way with high ceilings And spacious. Windows let in fresh air and the rooms are equipped with all expected modern amenities. A robot delivers your take away from the lobby straight to your room. The Bauhinia is a great business hotel, offering quiet working environment and functional, clean and very accessible to the shopping mall across the street (no more than a five min walk). Jenny, the manager is a star and an asset to the Bauhinia hotel, incredibly dedicated, well respected by her team as a leader and ensures her team is focused to serve the traveler with a smile. I had a fantastic stay at the Hotel Kapok Shenzhen Luohu. Upon arrival, the enthusiastic staff welcomed me and quickly handled the check-in process. The room was spacious, bright, and elegantly decorated, making me feel comfortable and relaxed. The amenities were soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel also provided a delicious buffet breakfast with a variety of flavors to choose from. Additionally, the hotel receptionist provided friendly and helpful service, going above and beyond to assist me as a first-time visitor to Shenzhen by recommending nearby restaurants and shopping malls. Throughout the entire stay, the hotel's service was attentive and thoughtful, making me feel right at home. This experience left a profound impression, and I am highly satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

The staff at Atour Hotel Shenzhen Luohu Diwang, especially Ruo Guan, provided outstanding service during our stay. From a friendly greeting at check-in to arrangements for luggage storage when taking an excursion to Hong Kong, the staff was exceptional and efficient in meeting our every need. We chose this hotel because of its central location in Shenzhen, and found it to be very conveniently located near Grand Theatre Subway Station and a variety of neighborhood shops and two large shopping malls all within easy walking distance from the hotel. We also made use of the hotel's self-service guest laundry which was a much welcomed amenity during our two week vacation.

Excellent hotel. Be it service, staff or location, it is excellent. My extra bed was placed at the living hall and we have requested to move into the room next to the queen bed. The housekeeper tried and managed to squeeze in for us. The staff at counter will greet with smile. The breakfast is nice and varieties changed everyday. Many eateries and shopping malls.The location is next to many wholesale buildings mainly for clothings. The Laojie streets is so happening every night with live streamers performance. Train is just next to the hotel, 2 stops from Louhu station. Highly recommended. If I go SZ again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

I usually stay at Shangri-La Shenzhen during my business trips for its proximity and is always my choice even for my personal trips. Even if I only swing by Shenzhen for a day trip, I will definitely have my dim sum breakfast in 香宫 before moving off to next destination. This time round, I had a last minute booking for my birthday celebration and was pleasantly surprised by the hand written note from Cheng Li - the Guest relationship officer. Cheng Li wished me a happy birthday and prepared a delicious cheese cake which was considerately stored in the fridge for me. The room is also decorated with a handmade artwork using towels which symbolized my Chinese horoscope! I am very impressed by the details and effort. I will of course continue to stay at Shangri-La Shenzhen whenever I am traveling to Shenzhen and will definitely recommend staying there to my peers!

I booked for 3 nights in this hotel. Very close to Dongmen pedestrian shopping street. Close to Lowu border to HK. Check in was okay. Check out was smooth too. Catherine, the duty manager was very friendly and accommodating! We enjoyed the swimming pool. Unfortunately, no section for for children pool. They have kid’s club for my baby to play which is the reason why i booked here than other 5 star hotels in the area. Breakfast is fine. The options kept changing everyday. Housekeeping is actively reminding and cleaning the room everyday.

Very nice hotel to stay though it's a bit dated. Breakfast is a very good experience with a lot of food to select and they keep refilling till 10:30. Highly recommended!
