My stay at Jaya House River Park in Siem Reap was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable experience.The location of the hotel is great Despite being just a short distance from the bustling city center and the majestic temples of Angkor Wat, the hotel felt like a tranquil oasis away from the hustle and bustle.The accommodations at Jaya House were luxurious yet comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. My suite was elegantly furnished and equipped with modern amenities, including a plush bed, spacious bathroom, and a private garden.One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable service provided by the staff. From the moment I checked in, they went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. They even provided free laundry service, complimentary tuk-tuk rides to nearby attractions, and a local phone for us to use during our stay, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city.

Absolutely amazing experience. The hotel itself is fantastic but the real stand-out is the staff. They were probably the most exceptionally friendly and attentive staff I have ever had the pleasure to experience; I can not overstate this enough. From the moment I arrived at the Siem Reap airport to the moment I left they ensured my wife and I had everything we needed to make our stay remarkable. World class attention to detail, and customer service. The icing on the cake was the lovely hotel grounds with a secluded tropical motif (you don’t even realize you are in the city), the amazing rooms, the two beautiful pools, and the extremely convenient and tasty restaurant. Enthusiastically recommend the Jaya House River Park!

As a hotel enthusiast, I have to say Jaya House went above and beyond my expectations and truly represents what a true luxury hotel experience should be. What makes this place above and beyond is the people. From the owner to the managers to the staff, every single person at Jaya House brings their whole, authentic, warm-nature and kind-hearted self to deliver an experience that truly makes you feel welcomed, noticed, appreciated, relaxed and dare I say… ‘loved’. Everyday you are greeted with warm smiles and a ‘ready to help’ attitude. No request is too small or large. At some point, I felt as though I was staying at the Aman. That’s how good the service was and those who know me, know that I’m a tough critic. At the moment, the entire country of Cambodia is still recovering from Covid. Tourism is not back 100% yet so the spa is not open and dinner service is not available. Jaya House will let you know this in advance so you can manage your trip organization. Beyond the service, the rooms are spacious and well maintained. The housekeeping team is so on top of their game, to the point that we had to stop them from replacing the towels after only being used one time. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. The food is delicious and they make their own tea which is amazing. The location is a bit outside of the ‘center’ and when I say a bit outside, it’s only 1.5km at most… but hey, when you’re in a relaxing mode even a 5 minute tuk-tuk can feel far 😊. Overall - an amazing experience and I cannot wait to go back when the spa is opened.

Excellent boutique hotel. Everything is very well thought out and intentional. Check in was a breeze- essentially a lively conversation with the manager, Christian, where we got to ask all our questions pertaining to Siem Reap and our stay. I paid in advance so there was no checkout required. Didn't have to do any paperwork at all! They've put a lot of effort into improving the customer experience. Service could not be better. Anything you ask for they can handle independently. At the time of my stay there weren't my guests so only an ala-carte buffet breakfast was available. Perfectly good business decision. I recommend the sokkhak spa nearby (choose the riverside brunch and try the riverside restaurant (for food) and riverside lounge (for drinks at sunset). The staff can order dinner for you and plate it out so it feels just like room service. For us we chose to try the street food around the hotel. There's a nice baguette sandwhich shop opposite the hotel with bbq meats for a couple USD. A very new chill cafe 1961 opposite the hotel as well and the Hot Stone and Mahob restaurants 6 minutes away. If you like street food, take a tuk tuk to street 60 markets (next to the ticket station) to try crickets, silkworms, duck eggs (with baby duck inside). Very happy with our stay here.

They always provide a tuk-tuk to pick you up and drop you off, and they provide a spa and cleaning service every day, which is very helpful. Above all, the service from the staff is excellent. When I was swimming in the pool, they brought me ice cream to eat in the pool, and when I asked for coffee, they delivered it to my room along with cookies. They were very considerate. The breakfast was also of a very high standard, and was better at this hotel than at other restaurants. I would like to stay here again when I come to Siem Reap.

The service is very, very good, the hotel is like home, and the value for money is excellent. The breakfast is rich in variety, the room facilities are new, the bedding is comfortable, and the overall value for money is excellent. It is a very satisfactory experience

The most favorite hotel in the world! No ringtones are allowed in the hotel. The owner is Dutch and is committed to advocating a ban on disposable plastics in the hotel industry worldwide. He often gives speeches at the United Nations and passes on his hotel's experience in banning plastics to other large brands such as Marriott. The entire hotel is full of style, and every item has a sense of luxury and naturalness. The newly picked lotus flowers in the courtyard are stacked in patterns every day, covering the hotel and rooms. Every person is also given a one-hour high-end spa/massage every day, which is super worth the price. Every time you go out, a free tuk-tuk will be arranged for pick-up, and each room will be given a Nokia phone. You can call the hotel to eat, drink, or go anywhere. The most exquisite butler service.

If you come to Siem Reap, I choose this hotel to visit Angkor Wat. It is very wise, comfortable and safe. Free laundry every day, free SPA, free Tutu to explore the city and eat breakfast. It is very clean and delicious. There is a large plate of fruit every day and there is one at the gate every day. I was welcomed back to the hotel with an ice towel and iced tea. In fact, there are benefits to tipping in the country. You can indeed experience very warm hospitality and tipping is also a pleasure😊

The hotel room is clean, close to the moat and quiet, not far from the city and attractions. I ate local food for a few days. The hotel breakfast tastes good, with a full variety and a relatively stable level. The toiletries are plant-based, and you can buy them separately if you like. The service is also very good, providing free airport pick-up, free laundry, free spa, and free tuktuk car downtown pick-up and drop-off services. The boss personally picked up the plane at the airport. When checking in, the housekeeper will give the guests an old Nokia mobile phone. If you need room service, you need to pick up by tuktuk. If you have any needs, just call directly. Every day when you go out, you will take the initiative to spray mosquito repellent spray on the guests. When you come back from going out, the housekeeper will welcome you at the door of the hotel and send you ice towels and ice water. One night it rained and I didn't go out. Panda ordered takeout, and the hotel specially put the takeout on a plate and delivered it to the room.

The overall decoration of the hotel is relatively new and full of Buddhist elements. There are many hotel staff and few rooms, so the overall service is very considerate. One day I went to see the sunrise at Angkor, and the hotel prepared a sumptuous meal package. There is a free pick-up service, a free tuk-tuk bus from the hotel to the city, and two swimming pools. All in all, it is a very comfortable hotel. You are definitely right to choose this one.
