THE ROOM BUGIS

I would say The Room @ Bugis is an excellent location. It’s very convenient, close to Bugis MRT, bus stops, shops, and many food options, making it easy to get around Singapore. However, the room itself is a bit small, even by Singapore standards, and there’s limited space for luggage. Cleanliness was acceptable, but the room felt quite basic and could use better maintenance in some areas. Overall, this hotel is suitable for short stays or budget travelers. Check it out!👌😉

The hostel located in the middle of the city. At first I had a difficulty to find the reception/entrance. I only saw the signage at the end of the restaurant building. U need to go up of the elevator (where u see the signage is) to get to the hostel. The room that I stay have 8beds. I stay at the upper bed. Towel has been provided. It is 10min walking distance to Bugis MRT Green / Blue line. Happy with my stay

i asked them for lower bed but they just ignored😡😡 upper bed sooo uncomfortable

🌟 Good location but poor hygiene and maintenance. 地理位置好，但卫生与管理有待改善。 ⸻ I saw many good reviews on Trip, but I was quite surprised upon arrival. Aside from the great location and reasonable price, the overall cleanliness and management were quite disappointing. There were shoes piled up at the entrance, and large pieces of luggage around the reception and rooms. Clothes, food, and other personal items were scattered in the common areas, and the bathroom floor cloths were very dirty. It’s best to bring your own slippers — the carpet clearly hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The common area is also very limited, with hardly any space for guests to dine comfortably. There are no basic utensils; coffee and cups are provided, but no stirrers. The shared refrigerator was completely packed with food and drinks, which looked quite unhygienic. ⸻ 在 Trip 上看到的评价不错，但抵达后有些惊讶。 除了地理位置很好、价格中等外，整体卫生状况和环境管理都不太理想。 入口处堆满鞋子，柜台及房间里都有大量行李。公共区域随处可见衣物、食物等杂物，厕所地板的布也很脏。 建议自备拖鞋，因为地毯看起来很久没清理。 另外，公共区域空间非常有限，几乎没有地方可以舒适地用餐，也没有基本的餐具。虽然有提供咖啡和杯子，但没有搅拌棒。 公共冰箱里的食物和饮料塞得满满的，看起来非常不卫生。

The hotel is close from the subway station. And the surrounding environment is also good.

This accommodation was a great choice in my opinion, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Everything I needed was provided (washing machine, iron, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, towels, microwave, refillable drinking water, hot water, coffee, tea, etc.). It's also conveniently located near Exit D of the Bugis MRT. The staff (HTUT) was very friendly and diligent. During my stay, I saw his doing everything hisself, and he seems well-suited for a promotion as owner haha. I'll definitely make this my favorite (budget) accommodation in Singapore, and I'll be back soon.
