Very bad experience, it can be said that it is the worst hotel of the same type I have ever stayed in. The hotel lobby is on the fifth floor. You have to take the elevator to the fifth floor first, and then change the elevator to the room floor. There is no one on the first floor to guide, let alone help call a car or send luggage. Takeout can't even be delivered to the lobby. You can only go directly to the first floor to get it. There is no staff, and the takeout is just thrown on the ground. When checking in, I clearly said that one room includes breakfast. The staff said no. I showed the order and still said no. Due to poor communication, I asked for Chinese service. There was a staff member who could speak Chinese next to me, but there was no help. This process was delayed for 20 minutes. Finally, it was confirmed that the staff made a mistake in the order, but no apology was expressed. . . . I feel that the hotel service awareness is very poor. There was a staff member who bumped into me when pushing a cart, and no apology was made. All the staff members would not say hello. I saw that some reviews mentioned discrimination against Chinese people. I don’t know if it is only for Chinese tourists or what. There is no comb in the room, the toiletries are simple, and the mini bar is not free, or even not available at all. . . . The breakfast is also very bad. The dining area is very small. You need to wait for a table to eat in the morning. The moving line is outrageous. The place to pick up the food is next to the kitchen, and there are various oil pans and ovens next to it. There is no freshly squeezed juice, no ice cubes, 4-5 kinds of fruits, which are pitifully few. I didn’t see any Southeast Asian fruits, and there is no freshly cooked noodle stall. In short, I can’t complain. The sound insulation of the room is very poor. You can hear all the sounds in the corridor in the room. My room is not close to the elevator, but I can hear the sound of the elevator. The room at the elevator entrance is probably even more of a disaster. You can hear the sound of the room in the corridor. The curtains and toilets are not smart. Very bad!!!

I am very satisfied with this hotel! Both the hardware facilities and software services are first-class. The room is very stylishly decorated and all the equipment works well. The hotel staff are very professional and friendly, and I had a great time here. I give it a five-star rating without hesitation!
