Superb location. In the city centre. Historical palace. Modern interior designs of the rooms. Soft & fresh bed sheets/towels. Big rooms. Spotless clean. Great amenities with gym. Delicious with big variations of breakfast. Helpful and great staff. Fast check in & out. Walking distance to all landmarks of the capital. Public transportation is only 1-2 min walk. The only thing that miss were the absence of extra tooth paste and tooth brush. The rest were ok. Highly recommend. Definitely comeback here soon.

The hotel is strategically located and very close to the attractions! Hotel service is very good, breakfast is slightly simple!

Location is top of the consideration. Centre located that you can walk to most popular attraction. Metro or tram is very close within steps. Hotel is partly renovated. I believe it will be amazing when finished. Breakfast is not included. 15 Lev per person with small buffet that you can choose most popular items, ie, eggs, ham, sausages, breads or cereals. But they are not very hot on the warmers. However, I would still recommend people to go there for sleep and shower. Room was big enough and balcony overlook the city. Price is very good compare to same standard 3 stars hotel. Staff speaks reasonable English that is convenient. Good luck!

Cheap and cheerful. Has the basics. Is fairly clean. Location was perfect for me. Right outside the only mosque in Sofia. Now the negatives. Bathroom light was very dim. Could do with changing. No closing door on shower cubical.. only half doors. So you will wet the bathroom floor. There was no window in my room. It wasn't something I thought about, but only realising this when I get in the room. So if it's something important.. maybe check if your room has a window.

The definition of the perfect location. Metro line with connection to the airport just 4 minutes away. Every attraction is just within 5 to 12 minutes walking range. Literally. So basically, Sofia is on your feet. The employees were always there to help you with anything you might ask. Clean room with a nice comfy bed, king size, they said, a comfy double bed, I say. Nice buffet for breakfast with a great variety of products. I will definitely come back anytime!!!

The hotel is renovated, the appearance and interior of the room are quite new. Arrived within 5 minutes walk from the subway, very close to the old city attractions, very convenient.

While located near Serdika metro station, the area is generally quieter. Our room was located on the second level, and there’s no lift access to our room. But the receptionist offered to help us with our luggage. Hotel is clean, and our room had a huge sofa and TV.

Overall cleanliness of the whole property is ok as the cleaner did her best from what I saw, but unluckily my bed was not as clean as I expected. Hope the color on my bed cover and pillow was stain not dirt (see pictures). Also when I wanted to extend my stay for the next day and came down to receptionist, he said he had finished his shift and asked me to come back in the morning, while his shift was actually not finished yet (there is a written information what time reception is supposed to close). Other than those two issues, it was a great stay, kitchen is spacious with stoves, sink, fridge, table and chairs, living room.

A lot to love but some big problems too. Amazing location, great big room, and very easy check-in. Love that there's a sofa in the room and a fridge. Problems: - A/C (Or a pump of some sort) extremely loud from 6am in our room (3) and made sleeping impossible, extremely annoying. It lasted hours. - Bathroom had a bad smell like sewage, constantly. - No shower curtain turned the bathroom into a lake every time we showered, even when trying to be careful.
