Great location with many seafood restaurants nearby and also a couple of nice cafes to chill with a good view. It’s better to take a taxi when coming from the bus terminal with luggages. There are buses that take to the downtown area as well. Room is clean and convenient with its amenities plus there is a washer and dryer in the room. Check in was easy with instructions although there is a need to follow the 4pm check in time and 11am check out time. No daily housekeeping unless stay is 3 nights or more. Overall it was a great stay! Well-recommended.

The room is great but the is a construction in front of the hotel and they start working early in the morning so you can’t sleep.

Really lovely and comfortable. Proper sized towels and a decent bed. Would be helpful to put the name of the building on the listing as we weren’t sure we were in the right place. Would highly recommend

The location is easy to locate, front of the beach. There is a bus stop nearby, convenience store downstairs and close to many resturants. The room is like a home, complete amenities. The only problem was the tv, their tv's sound is weak, my ipad's sound is louder

The full ocean view was a work of art. As expected from Sokcho Beach!! It was my first time seeing Urban Stay's non-face-to-face desk, but it was convenient and nice, and the accommodation was clean and nice~

Excellent location, you can see the sea from the window. Self-registration did not cause any problems; all data was sent by email. A small minus is that there is construction going on nearby and if you open the window it is a little noisy. But with the window closed you can’t hear anything, the sound insulation is good. If I go to Sokcho again, I will definitely stay at the same hotel

I made a cheap reservation on a weekday. All the progress is communicated through KakaoTalk. I used the navigation and went, but the building was not Urban Stay. When I went around and came back, it was a hotel with several companies in one building. Since it was a weekday, there was plenty of parking, so I paid 7,000 won per day and parked my car in the SUV parking lot on the first basement floor. I had some time left when I checked in at 4 o'clock, so I went to a cafe to see the beach right in front of the hotel and had a cup of coffee. I entered the password I received via KakaoTalk with 2 minutes left and the door opened. It was a room with half a city view and half a sea view. I made a random reservation, but I guess there was plenty of space because it was a weekday. The size was okay for one person or two people. The bathroom had a shower without a bathtub. There was no bidet. There was a washing machine and dryer, so I put socks and underwear in them and used them. It dried well, which was nice. The air conditioner was cool and nice, but I turned it on because it was a ventilation system and it was noisy all night. I found out the cause of the noise in the morning, but it seems better to turn off the ventilator and sleep. There is a pojangmacha street nearby, so I had a drink and came back. I woke up in the morning and boiled water on the induction stove provided and had ramen to relieve my hangover. However, I had to wash the dishes myself, so I cleaned them with the provided dishtowel and sponge and put them back in their original place. There is a capsule coffee machine, so I made a drink and drank it in the smoking area in front of the hotel. They do not provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, so I bought them at the convenience store on the first floor. They provide one pair of slippers. I checked out around 10 and drove out. Excellent value for money (I guess because it is a weekday....) The beach is close, the pojangmacha street is close, and I don't have to meet the staff..... I think the room is clean enough.

It's quiet because it's right in front of the beach, where swimming isn't possible. Even if it's not an ocean view studio, you can see at least half of the ocean. There is a 7-Eleven on the first floor of the accommodation. For breakfast, I highly recommend Ttukbae Gi Seop Soup nearby🤩👍🏻 It was convenient because it was an unmanned check-in system. The room is fully equipped with kitchen utensils for basic cooking!! A washing machine, dryer, and laundry detergent are also provided. I wore it with a simple wash and it was soft. Parking is always 7,000 won at Kakao Valet. We used it on a weekday and it wasn't crowded. You have to pay the valet fee unconditionally. It is prepaid upon entering the car. Press pickup on the first floor tablet It's a slightly inconvenient system where the car is prepared in B1... I recommend just requesting a departure on the web. Please note that parking fees are not included in the accommodation fee.

The facilities are clean and the unmanned system seems to be good. The view from the accommodation was also good.

I had a comfortable stay for two nights. It was neat and clean and close to the beach. I want to visit again next time.
