And our prices are far lower than other Victoria accommodation, with great extended stay rates! Ocean Island is delightfully unique! If you don’t find availability on our online booking system, please call us toll free in North America at 1-888-888-4180 or from elsewhere at +1(250) 385-1789 or email us at info@oceanisland.com.
"24/7 front desk staff. Breakfast is hard boiled eggs, toast, plain yogurt, frozen blueberries, juice, oats. Dinner is rice and curry. Free beer, wine or soda. Tv, kitchen, bar, lounge area. This area is near tents and tarps where homeless people are. At the same time, it’s within a 15min walk from most attractions, e.g. harbour, royal bc museum, chinatown. 100$ damage deposit required. 10$ deposit for a lock, 10$ for towel. Dorms are smelly, poor ventilation. Curtains are dark which makes the dorm very dark throughout the day. Private lockers next to bed have a heavy sliding lock which is inconvenient and loud."
