"24/7 front desk staff. Breakfast is hard boiled eggs, toast, plain yogurt, frozen blueberries, juice, oats. Dinner is rice and curry. Free beer, wine or soda. Tv, kitchen, bar, lounge area. This area is near tents and tarps where homeless people are. At the same time, it’s within a 15min walk from most attractions, e.g. harbour, royal bc museum, chinatown. 100$ damage deposit required. 10$ deposit for a lock, 10$ for towel. Dorms are smelly, poor ventilation. Curtains are dark which makes the dorm very dark throughout the day. Private lockers next to bed have a heavy sliding lock which is inconvenient and loud."

MMillennial_saysThe moment you arrive at the hotel, you feel right at home. It's a small boutique hotel with a European flair. Imagine staying at grandma's house, where everything is taken care of and all you have to do is sit back, relax, and soak up the cozy atmosphere. We stayed on the second floor, and I'd like to point out that this hotel does not have an elevator. This hotel has a recreation room, a small restaurant attached to the main house, an outdoor seating area for breakfast, a small bar, and a gift shop. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We had an excellent stay. The location of the hotel is also important to consider. It is a short walk from downtown Victoria, where the main shopping street is located.

Amazing
BBAIFANGThis hotel is the most detailed hotel I have stayed in Canada! The location is on the pedestrian street, the decoration is exquisite, the bath is full of L’Occitane, and there are two pairs of slippers! Loved, coffee is also a very good brand. Next time I go to Victoria, I will never look at any other hotels. The five-star praise is definitely worthy of it.

VVelasco-BuurmanThis hotel was perfect for my husband and I. Everywhere was walkable, to the park, Fisherman’s Wharf, to the Parliament and downtown. We enjoyed the quietness of the neighbourhood and the victorian houses. We will definitely consider staying here again!

CChangyangtiandijianThe room is very clean, the equipment is new, the breakfast is American style, but the coffee is good. The soundproofing is a little poor. After all, it is a motel, and there are many people living there. There is no elevator and it is close to the road.

GGuest UserThe hotel is so beautiful from the outside and the inside. The guys at checkin and checkout were really nice too! We received a welcome drink and biscuits upon arrival, that was so thoughtful ! The room we had was out of a princess story but as its an old building theres no AC so in summer it can be difficult.. We still had fans and they told us that they re working on having rights to install them.

AAnonymous UserThe room wasn't large, but it had a kettle. There was a bar upstairs. The room wasn't very soundproof, and it was quite far from the city center. They sent an email before check-in requesting a $1 charge to my credit card, but then charged me another CAD cent at the front desk. I don't understand the point of Canadian hotels deducting from your credit card and then refunding it.

GGuest UserNice location and nice staff. It’s clean inside the room but not outside the room where areas with carpet coz it’s old building. Air conditioning doesn’t work to heat the room and no room temperature can be adjusted. Too cold for December & had to call front desk to get extra duvet. The breakfast is very nice

MMichellephenomenal experience at this amazing hotel. All the staff were so sweet and amazing. The indian front desk consoled us in the middle of the night at 4am when we thought the hotel was ******* (it wasn’t’t it’s just us). The hotel offered free gummy bears in the lobby, and when we asked for more, they gave us a whole bag!!! (1 kg, selling for 13 bucks on amazon) The gummies are also such good quality they melt right in my mouth when you put them in. The amenities are so chic and high quality i could eat a child. (my friend typed this idk what she meant) The kitchen equipment is also quite well. The staff also helped us scared a ghost away, we slept like a baby the second night after bathing in the tub. no ac was a bunmer tho.🤞🤞😩😩
