This guesthouse we chose for our trip with friends truly exceeded our expectations! The environment is tranquil, the facilities are complete, the cleanliness is exceptionally well maintained, and the service is incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Very nice hotel. The lobby and each room are uniquely decorated by the host who is a multi-talented artist. She can also teach you how to create your own perfume in her laboratory. The hotel is a 15minute-walk to Wudang Mountain scenic area entrance and there are a lot of good restaurants nearby.

Through website recommendations, i picked this small hotel mid-way up the Wudang Mountain at QiXingShu (七星树)，As expected, the room provides basic need to stay overnight. It’s cold but heater is available. The young lady boss (小范) is friendly and helpful. She recommended 腊肉炒竹笋 which is very good. I finished all after I ascended the peak and returned. For those who want to climb the peak for sjnset or sunrise the next morning, this is a good choice. P/S: remember to bring along LED torchlight for morning climb as there isn’t any lamp post along the way. It could be risky when the road surface is covered with ice. Also, a good pair of hiking shoes are recommended.

I have a special affection for Wudang Mountain, so I visit a few times every year. The first time I went, I was called over by the proprietress of this place, and I found her to be very friendly. This year, their rooms have been redecorated. I originally wanted to book a king room this time, but only a standard twin room was available. This room is a bit small, but it looks neat and beautiful, especially the small balcony at the entrance with a few characters displayed – I really liked it! When I left, because my suitcase was too big, she even helped me carry it to the car and gave me a small gift. I'll probably be a regular customer here from now on! Thank you!

He gave us bottled water and even helped with our luggage before leaving. The hostess was also very welcoming, offering the best advice for any questions we had, making us feel very warm. The location is excellent, very close to Yuxu Palace, where the morning Tai Chi practice is particularly lively. It's also close to the snack street, Wudang Mountain Scenic Area, and bus stations, making transportation convenient. This hotel is budget-friendly. Some facilities are a bit dated, but otherwise functional. The room was generally clean. Overall, this is a good choice for travelers who value service and location, especially those seeking Wudang Mountain advice and those seeking value.

It is very close to Wudang Shanxi High-speed Railway Station, about1.38 kilometers in a straight line, about 10-15 minutes walking distance, which varies from person to person. It is convenient and fast to go to Wudang Mountain Scenic Area, and there is a K202 bus directly to the scenic spot. ****

I really liked the service quality of the lady who checked me in. She was engaging, efficient and effective. In this respect I give her 10/10. However she knocked on my door after I had gone to sleep to inquire why I didn't give the hotel a higher rating. On the second she knocked the door again. The reason was she didn't see me going out and wondered if something was wrong. I thank her now for the concern. Nevertheless it is important for her to understand that guests don't want to be disturbed especially when they are about to sleep or were already sleeping. I emphasised to her this point. Second, she needs to understand that WHEN to speak is as important as WHAT is said and how it's said. I write with no ill feelings but with the hope she will learn and have a good career and happy life.

The room is very nice, clean, and strategically located in the town - shops and restaurants all around, close to the pedestrian street. That's all great. The only issue (and it's a huge one) is that there's no staff on site. You need to call them upon arrival, which I did. Unfortunately, they just dropped my call and ignored me, leaving me standing at the entrance with no one coming. I actually had to contact Trip.com support to get them to reach the hotel so I could access my room. The lady who eventually came was very nice and friendly. Nevertheless, if I have to call the platform's customer service just to check in, that's a massive failure of the most basic service on the hotel's part.

The inn is easy to find on the side of the road. It is a 12-minute walk from Wudang Mountain Scenic Area. It is convenient for eating and shopping. The boss helped me upgrade my single room for free due to the renovation of the elevator. Thank you. The boss was kind enough to solve the problem. Thank you very much.

The air conditioner rumbles like a tractor all night, and the air outlet is broken. It blows towards the bed, which makes your mouth dry. Several rooms are like this. Hygiene: The bathroom may have just been cleaned, it is full of water. As soon as you enter, the whole room smells of betel nut. Service: Checked in at night, came on the second day of the Chinese New Year, maybe there were too many people, and there was no room to change. The front desk said to find someone to repair the window, but it didn't come. Even more bottles of water were not given.
