GGuest UserThis hotel/retreat is an incredibly special place, and I feel so grateful to have come across it in my travels, as it will hold a special place in my memory! I have a strong feeling that I will be back (possibly many times!) in the future. I cannot say enough good things about it, whether it be the beautiful architectural design of the buildings and landscaping of the property, the gorgeous cafe, the zen-like room aesthetic, the calm and nourishing atmosphere of the whole place, the incredibly kind staff, and the nourishing and delicious food (which is made with great attention and care paid to the ingredients (most of which are grown on the farm), and their healing principles according to the elements and Chinese medicine nutrition)). There are free evening healing offerings too, including sound healing, card reading, and other thing, which bring guests together to experience collectively as well, in a beautiful retreat center room. The cafe/lobby building is such a pretty and welcoming space, one could easily spend hours enjoying a conversation or reading a book, or petting one of the many adorable cats that roam the property. Even walking along the meandering path to the hotel from the main road is a beautiful experience, winding through tea fields in this magical valley at the base of steep mountains surrounding it. I have stayed at a number of hotels in China during my travels, but this place is by far my favorite of all of them, for its authentic feel and heartfelt warmth. It truly is a uniquely powerful place for healing and restoration, nestled in such a picturesque, quiet hillside of Wudang mountain!!

TTricia LawRun by a very friendly young couple! I came from wudang west station, took a bus to the wudang scenic spot and the owner came to pick me from the bus station right outside wudang scenic spot. It's about a 2 min drive to the property. Location is very good, love that it is so near the wudang mountain scenic spot. There's a small staircase about 20m from the property that leads you all the way up to the scenic spot parking area. If you wanna pop by their 'city area', it's about a 15min walk to the walking street. Definitely recommend!

GGuest UserHaving stayed in so many hotels, Elements Sanshe Hotel is definitely one of my top three favorites! As soon as you step into the hotel, the warm wooden elements and soft lighting create a tranquil atmosphere that instantly dispels the fatigue of the journey. The front desk staff was warm and considerate, quickly checking in and carefully introducing the surrounding area.
The room is impeccable, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and you can have a good night's sleep. Smart facilities are convenient, and lights and curtains can be adjusted at will. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas and the supplies are of high quality. Fresh and delicious. The hotel is in a prime location, surrounded by many delicious restaurants and attractions. This stay experience is great, I will choose this place next time I travel! 1

GGuest UserI loved saying here. The homestay is located within the scenic area. It can be hard to navigate the area if you’re coming here for the first time. I got dropped off at a station after I showed the driver the address and walked uphill for 20-30 minutes before I was able to find the homestay. I recommend getting in touch with the homestay beforehand to arrange a pickup from the bus point since buses don’t drop you all the way to the homestay. There is free service for pick up and drop off to/from the bus station.
The food here was spectacular - simple and delicious. The people who work here are super considerate and welcoming. The homestay also partners with Wudang Taoist Academy which I later found out so I might be back to participate in one of the programs later on however if you are traveling to Wudang and also looking for classes in Tai Chi from well established instructors, this is definitely the place to be. The person who runs it is well-connected and can help you out with whatever you need. I was mostly communicating via WeChat which translated English-Chinese and vice versa easily. If you want to explore other areas within Wudang, you most definitely will be needing the shuttle bus.
I am very satisfied with my stay and will return if I get an opportunity.

GGuest UserWhat a gem on my Wudang Mountain trip! This local guesthouse was incredibly reliable. The courtyard was quiet, comfortable, and unique, with wonderfully fresh air. Sitting in the courtyard, basking in the sun, sipping tea, and chatting was pure bliss. The host was incredibly kind and honest, not only providing reliable travel tips but also sharing Taoist tidbits and even offering us some sweet oranges from his own garden. The room was brand new and clean, the smart home appliances were convenient, and the location was fantastic—close to Yuxu Palace and the mountain gate, all within walking distance. The auntie's homemade dishes were delicious and inexpensive, and the conversations were wonderful, making my Wudang trip even more enjoyable.

GGuest UserThe room is of moderate size and can accommodate three adults without being crowded. It has all the basic facilities and the supplies are configured for three people. The hotel has a quick check-in process and is located next to the cable car ticket office. The hotel restaurant is good and reasonably priced. There is a 10% discount for in-house guests. There are many dishes, and three dishes are enough for three people. The dishes taste good. The breakfast is buffet style with a rich variety of dishes, including several stir-fried dishes, noodles and rice noodles with soup or mixed dishes. The restaurant is next to the entrance to the cable car station. Meals start at 7 o'clock, and the cable car also starts at 7 o'clock. It would be better if the meal could start earlier. The hotel service is good, and the restaurant waiters are also enthusiastic in introducing the dishes and the taste. Compared with the local service industry, it is indeed higher. In short, traveling during holidays is full of inconveniences, but this hotel is quite satisfactory and there is nothing wrong with it, it's not bad! By the way, the hotel environment is good, and the view on the first floor platform is nice.

GGuest UserMy friend and I searched for this guesthouse online while visiting Wudang Mountain. Initially, we thought guesthouses wouldn't be very clean, but after navigating to the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised upon entering the courtyard. There was a terrace outside the hotel, where we ate dinner that evening. The receptionist was very helpful throughout the check-in process, assisting me with putting away my luggage, going downstairs to plan our next day's itinerary, and taking the elevator to the room. The room was indeed excellent – clean and tidy, with a separate shower and toilet seat, and even a toilet seat cover and ladder knife. We ate their fish, free-range chicken, and stir-fried wild vegetables with eggs; the ingredients were fresh and the taste was indeed delicious! The air conditioning was great at night, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – a pleasant surprise! I highly recommend it to my friends; you won't regret it! I'll definitely stay here again next time. Dangui Guesthouse has a homey feel to it.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel offers excellent value for money, located at the foot of Wudang Mountain, very close to the scenic area entrance and attractions such as Yuxu Palace. It's conveniently located near bus stops and pedestrian streets, making it very convenient for both traveling and sightseeing.
The front desk staff was friendly, the cleaning lady was also very welcoming, the breakfast was excellent, and the hotel's overall environment was quiet and comfortable.
The hotel also offers convenient parking, well-equipped rooms, a laundry service, and free parking, making it a great choice for self-drive tours and business trips. Excellent reviews!

GGuest UserFairy Mountain Wudang Mountain left a very deep impression on me. I watched the sunrise and sunset. It was a paradise. The transportation is convenient to stay in this hotel. The surrounding environment is beautiful and the service attitude is also very good. I am not familiar with the route. I asked about the travel route and the temperature. , the lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic to help us plan the route and time, and arrange the itinerary. The room is comfortable and clean. I heard that it was renovated a few years ago, and there are several large free venues for practicing Tai Chi. It is an ideal place to stay when traveling!
