"The location is fantastic, right next to the Wudang Mountain Tourist Service Center, making it practically the closest hotel to it. The Tourist Service Center is also where you catch the shuttle bus to the scenic areas. Plus, there's ample parking space in front of the hotel, which is super convenient. Right next door, you'll find a food street and various shops selling souvenirs. The room's heating was excellent, and the bathroom and toilet were separate. However, the light switch design in the room was quite impractical; you had to try each switch to figure out which light it controlled. Also, there was only one charging outlet by the bedside, which wasn't very convenient."

"Our stay here was incredibly pleasant from start to finish. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive, showing thoughtfulness in every detail. Seeing we had a child with us, they proactively offered kid-friendly toiletries, which was a very considerate touch. The hotel's ambiance is fantastic, perfect for photos, and our travel photographer got some amazing shots. The additional makeup and styling service we opted for was also great value for money. The room was clean and spacious, with a stunning view from the floor-to-ceiling windows! The upgraded lake-view room was absolutely worth the extra cost; opening the window revealed a beautiful panorama of mountains and the lake, which was incredibly serene. The vegetarian dinner was uniquely flavorful and light, offering a distinct experience. Every staff member we encountered greeted us warmly, showing both politeness and enthusiasm. The parking lot is huge and very accommodating for electric vehicles, with both fast and slow charging available. The hotel is conveniently located right in the cultural and tourism district, just a minute's walk away. If you have a lot of luggage, staff are on hand to help with transport, making things incredibly hassle-free. Overall, our experience was perfect. I've already recommended it to friends and plan to return for the May Day holiday!"

Hygiene: Although a bit old, the room hygiene is good. Facilities: The TV in the room is a bit too small, I hope it can be updated. It's called a resort hotel, but it's a shame that there is no swimming pool. Service: Because it was raining, the doorman kindly arranged a nearby parking space. The front desk took the initiative to add WeChat and introduced the sightseeing situation of Wudang Mountain. The service reminders were also in place and the room delivery was also timely. Praise the front desk clerk Xiao Wang for his initiative and enthusiasm. It is a bit regrettable that the hotel's room card design is very nice, with Wudang Mountain characteristics, but the front desk said that it cannot be given as a gift, which is not very friendly to hotel lovers and there is a clear gap with international hotel groups."
