RRuby Sum YuThis homestay is so so comfortable, so clean and new and very nicely and thoughtfully designed, it makes us want to retire in a house just like this! Our hosts are a family, very hospitable, helpful and sweet, they make us feel right at home. The older, strong Uncle insisted on helping us carry our luggage up the mountain as we made our way up to the scenic spot!
We also love their breakfast - fresh, with a decent variety that will hold us over for hours.
This location is as close to the entrance of the bus terminal that will take us up the mountain (no taxis or private cars are allowed up), so if you want to spend time up there, this is a good location.
这家民宿真的非常舒服！房间干净崭新，设计得美观，贴心，让我们都想退休后住进这样的房子里！房东是一家人，非常热情好客、乐于助人又亲切，让我们感觉像在家一样自在。那位健壮的叔叔还坚持帮我们把行李扛上山，一路陪我们走到景区呢.
我们也很享受他们家的早餐——很新鲜，种类足够让我们撑上好几个小时。
这里的位置离上山巴士站入口很近（私家车和出租车不允许上山），如果想在山上多玩会儿，选这里准没错！

AAnonymous UserThe location is superb. It's directly accessible from Qiongtai Station upon alighting, just a short walk to the cable car station, and only 60 meters from Qiongtai Zhongguan. For destinations towards Taizipo, you can easily catch a bus right from the hotel entrance.
The service was outstanding. The front desk ladies were incredibly warm and helpful. Housekeeping was very prompt in cleaning the room and delivering water. A male staff member even went out of his way to help us buy things in the pouring rain. They also surprised me with a complimentary Basque cheesecake for my birthday! Breakfast was delicious, and we ended up eating at the restaurant every day. I highly recommend the braised yellow croaker – the fish is truly a Shiyan specialty, especially when paired with Huangjing wine.
Our hotel suite was spacious and offered excellent value for money. The down pillows and duvet were incredibly comfortable, and the shower had great hot water pressure. Plus, the drains and toilet were free of any unpleasant odors.
The hotel also features a cafe with good coffee, known for its beautiful latte art. I highly recommend the handmade Basque cheesecake prepared by one of the staff members. I even saw the preparation process – they use generous amounts of fresh milk and butter, ensuring a fresh and absolutely delicious product! Finally, a special shout-out to the several adorable resident cats who work as charming 'staff' members!

11897132****This hotel is right across from the Nanyan parking lot; you don't even need to get out of your car until you're there. It's much quieter than Nanyan itself, very peaceful. The mountain views from the rooftop are fantastic, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. The hotel breakfast is plentiful, and when there aren't many guests, it's even delivered to your room. The stir-fries are delicious and reasonably priced too.

GGuest UserLet me start with the good things: the hotel has a nice environment with small bridges and flowing water, the service staff are very polite, the main dishes in the restaurant taste very good, the hygiene in the room is good, and the mineral water and other things are replenished in a timely manner when needed.
Other regrets: it is right next to the main road, the noise from the transport trucks is quite loud, the breakfast is a bit monotonous, there might be a monastic training class in the hotel, as I was woken up by their music at 6:20 in the morning.

GGuest UserThe hosts at the Taiji Inn were great, super helpful, friendly and honest. Rosie even did my washing at no charge as I was up and at it by 5.30am every morning to the Kung Fu Academy. The little court yard out front was a great place to hang with other guests.. The food was also good and very reasonable. Its worth mentioning the Hotel is on a train line so if you a light sleeper or don't live in a big city you might find it a little noisy. all in all its a great little hotel.

MM345211****Let me talk about what can be improved. The door of the public bathroom is broken, and there is no way to lock it. I dare not go to the bathroom, let alone take a shower.
Then the auntie turned the door of the room before nine o’clock in the morning. I locked it and didn’t open it. Normally, I should know that I was resting. , After I opened it, I asked if I could not stay today. If I go downstairs and see me about this, just ask, or I won’t say anything later. My aunt understands as she gets older, but she doesn’t feel very good. I hope she can improve in the future.
I also thank the boss for upgrading the room, and for helping to store luggage
