設施比較陳舊，年代久遠，還算乾淨， 臨街臨學校，挺熱鬧。各有利弊吧。 不好的就是看到一衹蟑螂，逮了半天。酒店消殺的不太徹底。也可能是這邊窗户都不安裝窗紗的緣故。

作為民宿出售，在小縣城價格偏高了。廚房形同虛設，沒有配餐桌椅。最大的問題是取電設計不合理，一個人出去散步，一個人睡懶覺，結果開門後自動斷電了，那麼冰箱插電是單獨的嗎？否則老這麼斷電冰箱還怎麼正常運行？！敬請房東諒解我直言，我這也是為貴店着想，生意興隆，必須讓客人覺得好才是真的好～
