BBinderMichaelUnderstanding what this place is will help with expectations. It’s not a 5 star hotel and it’s not meant to be. While there are some rooms that have a private washroom, many have a shared washroom with a couple washrooms on each level. Kind of like a hostel. If you’re looking for a place to sleep for a night or 2 in a great location in downtown Toronto, without having to spend a new car payment, then this place is great. Beds are clean and comfortable. I got a room with 2 single beds for under $130 after missing my train and needing a place to sleep until the next train in the morning. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to Union Station. Service is friendly.

FFrankieFriendly staff at front desk, smooth check-in. There’s everything you need in the sparkly clean room even though i stayed the smallest room. Laundry is available. Location is excellent. There is a 24-hour convenience store cross the main street. The neighborhood is lovely. Really enjoyed the stay. Will consider comeback next time.

TTravel CatToronto is a beautiful city, I would visit again, but probably would choose another hotel. The location is wonderful, within walking distance to many places like Kensington market, Chinatown, and Harborfront. Our room looked out onto the Toronto sign in Nathan Phillips square, Eaton Centre shopping mall is less than a 5 minute walk away. The hotel is not conventional, it is a student dorm for University of Toronto students, you are staying in a college dorm room. The room is spacious but the amenities are old, basic and outdated. Parking is not included, underground parking garages are available around the hotel for about 26 CAD/day. Breakfast is self-serve in the cafeteria, it’s good enough to fill you up but the food is nothing special.

GGuest UserThe stay was great. Rooms were big, clean and just great. My only concern is about the AC system. They can never cool the whole room even when set to the coldest setting with the highest fan speed. Management was really cool, supportive and friendly and so were the neighbors. It's the best place to stay if you are travelling alone. Tons of places to eat and visit near by.

AAnonymous UserThere is nothing in the room, but you shouldn't expect such a luxurious room for this price. There is a public toilet and bathroom on each floor, which are quite clean. You need a room card to enter the dormitory building and the elevator, and the management seems to be good. It is located inside the University of Toronto, and there is a bus stop next to it, so the transportation is quite convenient. It is suitable for budget travel.

BborborThe price is definitely overpriced. The dormitory is absolutely suitable for my family trip. The room is 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, and 1 bathroom. The place is very spacious. There is a fast food area and a small supermarket in the lobby. There is also a laundry room, a cooking room, a fitness room, and a playroom. The only thing is that the facilities are not comprehensive. The room only provides a microwave and ice. The bathroom only provides shower gel, shampoo, and soap. There is no toothbrush or toothpaste. Please note that you must bring a water cup because it is not provided in the whole room. Otherwise, you need to buy it in the supermarket in the lobby. The online store should correct the 1 bedroom 2 room bed. Both rooms have 52-inch beds. It is not the 1 bedroom 2 beds provided on the website. The other 1 room does not provide the bed shape.

NNANThe location of the hotel is not very good, it looks like a place that is not very serious, downstairs is the strip club of the same name. However, the service at the front desk is quite enthusiastic, helping to carry luggage, check travel agency information, and call a taxi (of course I also have a tip). The health service is not good. I don’t know if I didn’t leave a tip on the first day. I came back the next day and found that I didn’t clean the room! Others are OK, walk to the CN Tower for about 30 minutes.
