"The price is definitely overpriced. The dormitory is absolutely suitable for my family trip. The room is 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, and 1 bathroom. The place is very spacious. There is a fast food area and a small supermarket in the lobby. There is also a laundry room, a cooking room, a fitness room, and a playroom. The only thing is that the facilities are not comprehensive. The room only provides a microwave and ice. The bathroom only provides shower gel, shampoo, and soap. There is no toothbrush or toothpaste. Please note that you must bring a water cup because it is not provided in the whole room. Otherwise, you need to buy it in the supermarket in the lobby.
The online store should correct the 1 bedroom 2 room bed. Both rooms have 52-inch beds. It is not the 1 bedroom 2 beds provided on the website. The other 1 room does not provide the bed shape."
FFrankieFriendly staff at front desk, smooth check-in. There’s everything you need in the sparkly clean room even though i stayed the smallest room. Laundry is available. Location is excellent. There is a 24-hour convenience store cross the main street. The neighborhood is lovely. Really enjoyed the stay. Will consider comeback next time.
GGuest UserI saw the address and door of the apartment, but I actually got the key from the supermarket. The apartment is relatively new, with three rooms, two bathrooms and three beds. The decoration, furniture and appliances are all new, suitable for families.
GGuest UserThe reception was very helpful to wait for my check in even I could come to the hotel in the mid night. She can also provide helping hand for allowing me to leave the luggage there for a couple of hours after checked out.
BBinderMichaelUnderstanding what this place is will help with expectations. It’s not a 5 star hotel and it’s not meant to be. While there are some rooms that have a private washroom, many have a shared washroom with a couple washrooms on each level. Kind of like a hostel. If you’re looking for a place to sleep for a night or 2 in a great location in downtown Toronto, without having to spend a new car payment, then this place is great. Beds are clean and comfortable. I got a room with 2 single beds for under $130 after missing my train and needing a place to sleep until the next train in the morning. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to Union Station. Service is friendly.
GGuest UserGood location in Etobicoke close to Ikea and everything you need, free parking, the room floors didn't seemed to be cleaned well but other than that everything else was good. One of the cheaper accommodations in the area, our room's access was outside so easy to get to your vehicle.
NNANThe location of the hotel is not very good, it looks like a place that is not very serious, downstairs is the strip club of the same name. However, the service at the front desk is quite enthusiastic, helping to carry luggage, check travel agency information, and call a taxi (of course I also have a tip). The health service is not good. I don’t know if I didn’t leave a tip on the first day. I came back the next day and found that I didn’t clean the room! Others are OK, walk to the CN Tower for about 30 minutes.
LLele61The hotel seems old and cramped. The room is not spacious and the facilities are average, just enough to stay in. The air conditioner is quite noisy and there are only two towels in the bathroom.

GGuest UserIf you are looking for a clean comfortable bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen very close to everything at a reasonable price, this is the place to be. It's not the Ritz by any stretch of the imagination, but it does the job.
The check-in staff was courteous and helpful.
Next time I am in Toronto, I will definitely book at the Dragon Gate Inn.
