Amazing
AAOOOQIVery sustainable hotel😂I forgot to bring toothpaste. I called and they said they didn't have any. The price of $650CAD+a night. Bottled water was also charged $7. There were no amenities but there was an Amenity Fee of $29 a night..1.5 languages
The service attitude was OK. The gym had no view. The swimming pool was only open for a few months in the summer. The rooftop bar was also closed due to recent maintenance. The price for two breakfasts booked on Ctrip was actually a $60 breakfast credit per day. The price was a bit expensive. The actual meal cost $60 per person. The excess and tax had to be paid extra. The taste was average.
GGuest UserThe room was clean. I had hoped for a room with a bathtub, but it seems to be assigned randomly, so I got a shower-only room. The view wasn't great (I could see a large building under construction), but the room was sunny. There's a restaurant on the first floor which I used for dinner and breakfast before leaving. The portions were generous and the prices reasonable. There was a mini-fridge, but it didn't cool very well. In the mornings, there's self-service coffee and tea in the lobby. I heard there's also a wine service in the evenings, but I didn't get to use it as the timing didn't work out. The location is good, and the surrounding area is safe and relatively clean.
HHeqingyanThe location of the hotel is very good, the room is very clean and has a sense of design, I stayed in Andy's room for 3 days. The service is also very good. In the middle of the night, the waiter will bring you boiling water after a while. The fly in the ointment is that the old house's water outlet and drainage are not very good, and the water from the faucet is all white. The rooftop pool has a nice view but the water is a bit cold.
BBenjaminIt’s near the airport, and they know it. As a result, the parking fare is quite high. Overall, the stay was average. One should be wary, however, that although the breakfast is complimentary, they expected a tip, which is absolutely ridiculous. How can one call it complimentary under such expectations?
LLondon girlMy daughter and I stayed at Hotel Victoria as we had tickets for the Sabrina Carpenter concert and was perfect! The hotel was very clean and well decorated. Our room was perfect for our overnight stay. Everyone was their at the hotel was very friendly and it was a very easy check in and check out. The hotel was an 8 minute walk to Scotia Bank Arena with lots of things to do, see, and eat in the area. Sadly, we didn't get a chance to eat at the cute little restaurant on the main lobby, but I know we will definitely rebook here again and hopefully try it out! Overall awesome experience!!
