"I recently stayed at Samesun Toronto and overall had a positive experience. The location is excellent — right in downtown, close to public transit, restaurants, and many tourist attractions. It was especially convenient being able to walk to supermarkets, coffee shops, and nightlife spots without needing transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk answered all my questions about local transportation and sightseeing. The common areas were cozy and social, and the atmosphere made it easy to meet other travelers. The room and bed were generally clean and comfortable. While the dorm rooms are a bit small, they are well-maintained and offer lockers big enough for most backpacks. The bathrooms were also kept tidy, though they can get busy during peak hours. One of the highlights was the free breakfast — simple but appreciated. The kitchen area is also convenient for travelers who want to cook their own meals. Overall, Samesun Toronto is a solid choice for budget travelers looking for an affordable, social, and well-located hostel in downtown Toronto. I would stay here again."

"Stayed at a different apartment during the same trip. The location is great and the apartment is basically brand new. The issue is only one elevator works and sometimes there is a very long wait. For some reason, guest are not allowed to use the stairs."
