"The cleanliness of this hotel had dropped, toilet was filled with urine smell when I walked into the room. After asking them to clean it again the smell is still there.
Location is superb and lots of good food just below the hotel. Hope they would improve on the cleanliness."

"The hotel boasts a great location, and the staff provides excellent and courteous service. The rooms are clean and spacious. The only drawback is the lack of instructions for the TV remote, which made it somewhat inconvenient to operate. Hopefully, this can be improved. Overall, the price-performance ratio is quite good, and it's definitely worth recommending. I would choose this hotel again next time."

"The B&B is located on the shore of Cuiping Lake Scenic Area in Gutian Reservoir, with a beautiful environment. The room facilities are good, the lake view room has a great view, and the glass windows face the entire Cuiping Lake. The chef level of the hotel restaurant is OK, the dishes are very rich, the taste is very delicious, our family settled in that day, went to the restaurant to eat, the service is still in place, the speed of serving is very fast. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, responsive, and also introduced many interesting places near Gutian. In addition, there are charging piles in the parking lot of the hotel, and the tram is very convenient for charging."

"Been here ten years ago 😆, but although is old of age, everything seems fine, except the front desk, asked for more drinking water, replied with “you know, it’s cost rmb3 per bottle”. As I been to so many hotels in different countries even in China, when asking for more drinking water, will be so kind to give instead of this attitude 😅.
And the intercom in the room, never can get through to any department, including the housekeeping and front desk. Hope the hotel can improve in this. Other than that, the housekeeper is very generous and the room is well kept."

"A treasure homestay accidentally found on the road trip. Due to the high-speed traffic jam, I decided to rest in Gutian for one night. I just found a homestay close to the high-speed exit. The environment here is really nice, the birds and flowers are fragrant, the lakes and mountains are like ink paintings. Many people are fishing, and the housekeeper has upgraded us. The room is very large, the famous hotel is very new, the staff also took us to visit the book bar, ancient houses, painting exhibitions and ancient Tian Old City sand plates. It turned out that Gutian still has so many humanities and history. It has increased the knowledge. The service attitude is really good. The rooms are all villas with floor-to-ceiling windows. Lake view, it is recommended!"

Disadvantages: The special price room has a small window in the corridor and the sound insulation effect is not very good.
Pros: Hygiene is good, breakfast is okay, soy milk, fried dough sticks, porridge and vegetarian dishes. The service provided by the landlady is very good, the internet speed is also very fast, and there are many restaurants around.
The overall rating is 4.5 stars, and the price/performance ratio is pretty good. I have always stayed at Lesden when I came to Gutian before, and I think this hotel is very cost-effective."

GGuest UserThe facilities are old and dilapidated. There was a musty smell upon entering, the cabinets were rotten, and trash and socks were strewn everywhere on the balcony near the window. I told the receptionist, and she cleaned it up. So, I'd give the service 4 stars. The hot water is indeed excellent and deserves praise. However, the air conditioning frequently stops working and doesn't heat properly. Overall, the experience was poor. This is probably the standard service you'd find in a small town! The price isn't cheap either.

The room was comfortable, the environment was quiet, the shower water pressure was very large and very comfortable. The pillows are soft and the room temperature is suitable. Overall praise, cost-effective, Gutian preferred.

AAnonymous User這次這個衞生就是不太行，地板上好多污漬鞋印，床頭還有上個客人的煙盒，被子我吃東西的時候弄臟了，拿去廁所搓了一小角，我用清水洗的結果全是泡泡。然後晚上的時候就是一身癢癢的就是説。上次五一來的時候是很滿意的，感覺環境衞生都很好，這次就是有點差強人意了，希望下次來的時候已經改進了
