GGuest UserThe boss is very nice and talks and laughs. The environment is first-class. The villa area is comfortable and quiet. It is safe and secure. It is very close to the sea. The beach and water are very good. This time I went to watch the rocket launch with my friends. The nearby hotels and B&Bs were not available for booking that day and it was special. It’s expensive. It’s really a wise choice to live here. It’s not far away and the price is reasonable. I will choose here next time if I have a chance.

PPaul. SShort bus ride from Wenchang railway to hotel. Good location, next to river. 7 floors with 1 lift. Laundry has 1 commercial dryer and 1 washer, very efficient. Room n hotel generally clean, tastefully furnished. Our room has balcony facing river. 2 single beds, 2 bedside tables, 2 sofa chairs, 1 desk with chair, 4 pillows, clean and comfortable. Separate bath/toilet, big size, bath & face towels provided, floor towel mat. Std amenities, but paper cups. Disposable room slippers, but no bathroom slippers. Water drainage good. Breakfast little choice, not so good. Better to eat in Lao Ba Cha few doors away. Plenty of parking space. Good location. Nice to do river walk. Night markets about 10 mins walk away. Easy to take buses.

AAnonymous UserFacilities: Since it's not summer, it doesn't matter if the room needs air conditioning or not. There is an electric fan. If the clothes are wet, you can blow them off. The bed you booked is for a small room. The bed sheets and quilt cover are made of pure cotton and the quality is pretty good. Overall good.
Hygiene: The room hygiene is pretty good. It is cleaned every day. It is relatively clean and has windows.
Environment: The hardware used in a B&B is not bad.
Service: Generally speaking, it's okay. The prices here are not high, so it's more comfortable to live alone. It is convenient to go to Dongjiao Town and Yelin No. 1 Scenic Area in the surrounding area. Worth coming to experience.

GGuest UserFirst of all, the location is very advantageous. You can see the sea from the balcony, and the rocket launch pad is on the right (unfortunately, we didn't catch the rocket launch). In fact, there is no need to go to other scenic spots. It takes five minutes to drive to the seaside that can be seen from the balcony. The scenery is very good.
The house is in a community, which is quite quiet (it may be that there are fewer people in the off-season during summer vacation). There is no charge for parking in the community, and the tram charging goes outside the community, which is a five-minute walk.
It is very suitable for a family trip. There is a kitchen where you can cook your own meals.
Decoration is home decoration, not a fancy hotel, so you should pay attention to this.

GGuest UserThe first stop on my island tour was a place where I could enjoy both coconut groves and azure sea. I randomly searched for a unique guesthouse and stumbled upon a delightful surprise.
The place was full of artistic flair, with meticulous attention to detail in every corner. The owner even made his own bread and various coffees and drinks. If I had more time, I would have stayed a couple more days to fully experience it. Even better, the beach was just a few minutes' walk away, and the sunsets were exceptionally beautiful. The most unexpected bonus was that I could actually watch a rocket launch in the nearby waters—it had just been completed yesterday morning! It's a pity I missed it this time, but I'll definitely come back specifically to experience that awe-inspiring moment firsthand next time.

MM18365****The apartment looks exactly like the photos online. There's a supermarket right outside the complex, and plenty of restaurants nearby, which is really convenient. The bus stop is also close by, making it easy to get around. The host was very friendly and welcoming. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

ZZhanglianyuThe room we stayed in was a special price garden view room. Due to the typhoon the garden enclosure had been destroyed and now there was a platform in front of the window. The room is clean, with complete supplies. There is a bathtub with a disposable bathtub cover. The bath water is very good and it is very comfortable to take a bath. The disadvantage is that due to the lack of rear windows, the doors and windows may not be opened normally, resulting in a musty smell in the room. It would be better to open the doors and windows for ventilation. Please be cautious when booking if you are concerned about this. The hotel is close to Wenchang Confucius Temple and Wennan Old Street, making parking and travel very convenient.

GGuest UserI brought my children to Wenchang to participate in a competition. When I checked in, I felt bad. The two ladies at the front desk were chatting with each other. Because they were speaking in local dialect, they didn't know what was said.
However, it felt good to stay for five days. They would not take the initiative to clean the guest room or deliver water without request.
The room we stayed in was quite quiet, but it was impossible to sleep in this place without air conditioning, it was too hot.

GGuest UserThe hotel is much better after the renovation. The previous central air conditioning was damp and noisy. Now, the newly installed wall-mounted air conditioners are excellent for both cooling and heating, have their own self-cleaning function, and there's no musty smell. The sheets and blankets are brand new, and the mattresses are ergonomically designed for maximum comfort. The decor is luxurious and high-end. There are many restaurants and eateries nearby. The staff are warm and friendly. A very satisfying stay.
