MMuxianjunThe overall environment of the hotel is clean, and the service attitude is very good. The front desk receptionist was polite and enthusiastic, the room was comfortable, and the overall design was simple and generous. The variety of breakfast is rich and the taste is good, which makes people feel very satisfied. However, the soundproofing of the room is slightly poor, and the sound from the adjacent room can be heard clearly. I hope the hotel can improve the soundproofing and enhance the accommodation experience.

GGuest UserThis hotel is amazingly clean and at tip top condition as compared to Junhao Hotel during my stay in Hainan. Though it is a 5-8mins car ride from city, but, the it is a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend if you are looking for an accommodation in Wenchang. Oh..remember to purchase their shampoo and conditioner. It is so nice! Room is super big as well!! 🥰

GGuest UserThe room was clean and the service was good. It might be a new hotel, as there was a strong smell. There were also bugs in the room, and I got bitten over a dozen times. There's no breakfast, and the only nearby option is an old-style 'dad tea' place that wasn't very clean. There were a lot of flies, even on the egg tarts, and most of their food seemed to be pre-made and microwaved.

GGuest UserGot a room with a view to the river. Is near the old parts of the city and walking distance to Qilou. Room is clean and bright, quiet and big enough for 2 big bags. Reception staff are courteous and polite. Breakfast is very simple. No coffee though. A few metres away is a Lao Pa Cha shop. Can try out their breakfast/lunch there. Good old hainanese coffeeshop. Will probably stay again there

I didn’t expect it to be so close to the Hilton where I was going. I wouldn’t have booked there if I had known it. Yes, the room is quite big. There are three rooms, but the bathroom window seems a bit rusty. After all, it is a house by the sea. What kind of bicycle do you need at this price? The parking fee is free, and it is very convenient to eat in the town. , the boss also sent a complete guide. You can eat and drink on the sea. However, Wenchang is relatively less crowded and there is less seafood to buy.

MM18365****The apartment looks exactly like the photos online. There's a supermarket right outside the complex, and plenty of restaurants nearby, which is really convenient. The bus stop is also close by, making it easy to get around. The host was very friendly and welcoming. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

GGuest UserIn wenchang,this is considered a newer hotel. The breakfast spread is good. But has to make sure that when you check out,the front desk has done it well as we encountered problem when we check in another hotel in sanya and discovered that the city comfort hotel staff didn't check out for us through their computer so we couldn't check in into another hotel in sanya until we called them to do so. Wasted quite a bit of time for them to do so on the phone.

GGuest UserConveniently locate and easy access to amenities. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel is very dated. Though the bedroom was decently clean, the bathroom was a mess. It had stain marks all over the walls. The groutings in the shower cubicle had mild dew stains and so was the anti-slip bath mat. It is definitely not fit to be used. The foldable wooden windows above the wash basin had rotted and the paint was coming off. Coordination between front office and dining room staff was poor resulting in me being questioned about my eligibility to have breakfast. A moment of embarrassment. However the manager apologised and sent us a complimentary fruit platter and a pot tea.

OOtautahianI chose this hotel for its proximate to Qishui Bay Beach and the price. The buildings are all modern, bright and clean. My room was a delight: spacious and with air-conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. There is a gym with weights and running machines, and a decent laundry room attached to that. Breakfast was fresh and had a reasonable variety. When I visited (May 2025) there were only a couple of restaurants immediately near the hotel, but many family-run eateries are about a 12-minute walk away, towards the town to the west. Special thanks to staff member, Divan, who spoke with me in English and was very helpful. Aside from Divan, all the staff were warm and welcoming.

MMarnaInChinaAijing International Hotel in Wenchang 2024/02/06-08 Front desk not really helpful. Just want you to go as it was the whole time ”OK, OK...” and ”I'll take you to your room”... But no help with luggage, nor an answer if the kitchen would have something for me to eat... I sent my list of allergies (gluten, dairy, egg, honey and soy) to the hotel's wechat the evening so that they could give it to the kitchen... First room: The fridge was not cold. Bathroom floor wet and entrance floor dirty 😰 The manager came and was friendly and helpful. He helped me with my luggage to another room 8505, which was larger. Here the fridge was also not really making cold and switched off when going out. They couldn't give an extra card for electricity. In the morning the manager showed me the different food at the buffet that I could eat, but I never received the pork etc, he promised the previous evening, for breakfast nor answered my message when I asked if I should wait for it... For breakfast I could eat the fruit and in a steam basket a piece of corn-on-the-cob, sweet potato, yam and taro. They also had corn flakes. Interesting they had 3 milk options: cow milk, soy milk and coconut milk... The second evening I spent an hour on Wechat with reception to find out if the kitchen could prepare something for me with my allergies - I did give it the previous evening.... Then I went for a walk on the beach... When I came back, they hadn't prepared the fish! The manager gave me a coconut with a straw to drink the juice... So I only wasted my time to find out if they could prepare something - I did give them my list in Chinese of what I cannot eat...😰 Luckily I always have some food with me... The fish tanks are outside the dining room so you can choose your fish fresh.... As in most places in China 😊 Swimming pool was empty. Good comfortable beds. Down duvets. Nice spacious room with little balcony, but balcony has a concrete wall, not glass to see through... From the premises you go directly onto the beach! Very nice quiet environment away from the crowds! After the fireworks at 21:00 the outside lights were switched off and then you only hear the sea... If you do not have transport, it is a bit far, but if you want to go and rest for a few days, away from crowds, then this is a good place 😎🤠🌻🏝️🏖️ Thete are charging facilities for electric cars... @
