Guest UserVery new. Very clean. But there is a decoration smell of formaldehyde or something.
Sleeping my nose. Sneezing. Sneezing. Spicy eyes. Powerless.
But my husband doesn't have any symptoms.
Keep the window open at night for ventilation. It's useless.
After arriving, close the curtains and turn on the air conditioner to eat Wangxi downstairs. It's not cold and hot when you come back. Room temperature at least 26-27.
The next morning, Jinjiang changed all the symptoms were gone.
The curtains are not shading. There are too many smart facilities and many light sources in the room. Sound insulation is OK.
The sewer is not smooth. The water is full of Jinshan. It is very smooth to take it off. The sewer pipe is very small. I was cheated by the decoration.
The bed was very comfortable. The softness is just right. The quilt is not thick. The water is large. The towel is thick and clean. The conditioner is very easy to use. The washing machine is a family series. 90 minutes a single time.

Paid another 100rmb upon check in to upgrade to a twin bed room, which was not available on Trip.com at the time of booking.
I liked that the room was rather spacious, and the breakfast had a pretty nice chinese spread. Location of hotel is also very near the railway station.
However, one of the beds was very dirty, with stray hairs and other weird threads on it. Couldn't be bothered to get a change of sheets for just a one-night stay, but this was quite unexpected considering how clean the rest of the room was. There are also no convenience stores near the hotel, but this was mitigated by the fact that you can basically call delivery for whatever, whenever, and the hotel robot would bring it up to your room. Another point - there's no hair conditioner provided and the shampoo provided, whilst smelling good might dry out your hair a bit.
Service at the front desk was no frills, not particularly welcoming but the breakfast staff were nice and kind. Still a pretty decent one night stay in Wenchang.

The hotel environment is really great, with simple yet stylish decor. The common areas are clean and tidy, and the hallways are quiet and noise-free. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and well-maintained. The bedding is comfortable, and the air conditioning, hot water, and internet are all very stable. The attention to detail is excellent, making for a very comfortable stay.

The hotel was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. While touring Wenchang as part of our island trip, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, recommending local delicacies. I particularly enjoyed the Laoba Tea. However, Wenchang Chicken was a bit too bland for my personal taste; I had to add two generous spoonfuls of yellow chili sauce to the dipping sauce to make it palatable.

Facilities: Basically there are
Hygienic: very clean
Environment: The location is a bit biased, the room can see the rocket launch, but it is a bit far away. The effect is good or Coconut Grove 1, or Qishui Bay
Service: Very good, sent the children breakfast, breakfast is normal, normal Hanting level.

Guest UserI'm usually too lazy to leave reviews, but today I just have to, all thanks to the amazing service at this hotel! It's a new hotel, and everything about it is fantastic.
First, let's talk about cleanliness: The room was spotless. Seriously, every nook and cranny was clean. I even meticulously checked the corners of the bathroom drain, and it was impeccable.
Next, the facilities: Electric curtains, a huge TV, and a bed that was just right – not too soft, not too hard. They even provided four pillows of varying heights. The bedside wall lamps were exquisite, and the walls themselves were pristine. I'm very satisfied. I don't know the peak season prices, but we traveled during the off-season, and for less than two hundred, it was incredibly good value for money.
Service: The young lady at the front desk was so enthusiastic, beautiful, kind-hearted, and provided excellent service. We arrived quite late, and after washing up, we still had laundry to do, which would take two hours to dry. The front desk staff told us to go to sleep, and she would take care of drying and folding our clothes and putting them in a bag. A huge thumbs up! She even gave us a car air freshener, which was a lovely touch. For this price, this level of service and accommodation experience is absolutely amazing. Highly, highly recommend!

The hotel is in a good location and convenient transportation, and there are different foods around. The hotel room is clean and tidy, the front desk service is intimate, and it is also very active and patient to provide us with assistance to solve the problems encountered! I don't know what the last name is for these two little sisters at the front desk, but they both have an early shift on March 10. They must give such excellent employees a thumbs up 👍👍. Their very kind and courteous service attitude makes our journey very happy 😃! You must also give the hotel a full score 💯

Overall it's okay, it's a style-themed hotel. The room is quite large and comfortable. The hotel shower water heater is a bit difficult to adjust. It goes from cold to hot, so be careful or it will suddenly get very hot. The price is cheap.

Good location, clean and quiet hotel in Wenchang. 10 min walk to old street area. 15 min car from train station. A few good tea houses nearby for breakfast and lunch.

The room was nice, but the service was not. When we checked into a room, it smelled particularly bad, so we asked the housekeeping aunt to take us to another room and asked her to go downstairs to change the room card. The aunt said she was busy cleaning other rooms and had no time to go downstairs. So we called the front desk to ask if she could bring it up, but the front desk aunt said in an impatient tone: ”Wait a moment, the aunt will come down to change the card, okay?” Then the housekeeping never came to help us change the room card. We went to the front desk to change it when we were going out. There were three or four people at the front desk at that time. Couldn't one person go up to change the card?
