There's a rooftop terrace specifically for watching rocket launches; although we didn't see the rocket launch, seeing the fireworks was still quite nice. The service was very warm and welcoming, providing information on nearby restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was plentiful, and there were many food options nearby. The only slight drawback was that the air conditioning in one of the rooms wasn't working, but the owner, a woman from Northeast China, quickly helped resolve the issue. Overall, it was a very good stay.

This hotel is absolutely incredible! I can't believe I got such a great room for just over a hundred! It was such a pleasant surprise! The facilities are brand new; it's a newly opened hotel. Having a washer and dryer combo is so convenient when you're traveling! Seriously, everyone, if you're coming to Wenchang, you have to stay here, I genuinely recommend it! The new AC cools the room down instantly. And for someone like me who's a light sleeper, as soon as I saw their mattress – so soft and conforming – I slept soundly until morning! The toiletries, sheets, and duvet covers are all brand new! The room is huge, comparable to a luxury star-rated hotel! It's clean and odor-free! There was also a guy working there whose service was excellent; he brought things quickly and even gave me a coconut, which I really appreciated! The people of Wenchang are so warm and welcoming!~~

A different experience with AI in use. The room was spacious and clean. When things were not in good condition, the staff informed us to contact counter and they will send people to check, which they did so when we asked. Not much amenities inside but served us well enough. When we requested for extension, the staff even advised us to do online booking instead of through the hotel directly as it would be cheaper. Once booking was done, the staff confirmed and helped to do the necessary. Will definitely stay at this hotel again when we come next time.

The room is very spacious, and there's a large terrace with a great view. It was a comfortable stay. Plus, there are supermarkets and markets nearby, making shopping convenient. It's really suitable for a long stay.

The room was nice, but the service was not. When we checked into a room, it smelled particularly bad, so we asked the housekeeping aunt to take us to another room and asked her to go downstairs to change the room card. The aunt said she was busy cleaning other rooms and had no time to go downstairs. There are security guards who will help arrange parking spaces. Parking spaces are relatively tight, but you can find parking spaces nearby. The hotel is relatively new and has seven floors, but there is only one elevator. If you encounter a large number of passengers in the morning, you need to wait for a while. The hotel price is not expensive and affordable. There is also breakfast. Although there are not many varieties, it can meet general requirements. The air conditioner in the room only has cold air, which is a single cold air conditioner. The room is not big, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. If you are traveling and staying for a day, it is still a good choice…

In wenchang,this is considered a newer hotel. The breakfast spread is good. But has to make sure that when you check out,the front desk has done it well as we encountered problem when we check in another hotel in sanya and discovered that the city comfort hotel staff didn't check out for us through their computer so we couldn't check in into another hotel in sanya until we called them to do so. Wasted quite a bit of time for them to do so on the phone.
