Self-driving Haikou to Sanya, passing by Wenchang, just had a rocket launch and stayed in Wenchang for one night. The front desk service was very good. The fruit was presented. The children in the first room didn’t like it. Call the front desk. The front desk staff brought the room card and took us to the parent-child room. It was time to upgrade the room for free. Service attitude is very good. There is a rooftop on the top of the hotel, you can overlook the launch site, but you can't see the rocket launch clearly on a cloudy morning, a small regret

The hotel is in a good location, making it very convenient. I usually book rooms with windows but tried a windowless room this time due to the lower price. Ultimately, I still prefer having a window. During my stay, the air conditioning in the room was not functioning well. However, the ground staff were incredibly fast to respond. They came to my room immediately, adjusted the settings, and offered a room change if it didn't improve in 10 minutes. I was too tired to change rooms. The temperature did get slightly better, though it was still not quite up to my expectations. On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The excellent, helpful service from the staff is a major plus point for this hotel.

Considering we were going to visit the rocket base and Qizi Bay the next day, we rented a room at Lanqiao Xiaoyuan, located under the Qingshui Bridge. Parking was convenient, and it wasn't peak season, so most of the cars parked outside probably belonged to staff. Environment: The environment at Lanqiao Xiaoyuan was very nice, situated under the bridge. You could see the Qingshui Bridge from the room, and the sea breeze was pleasant. I imagine it would be very popular on rocket launch day. Room: We booked a double room. The vanity was right inside the entrance, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. There was a large glass wall to the left; it was dark when we arrived at night, so I took some photos of the view the next morning. Two wooden recliners were there for enjoying the view; it would have been even more beautiful if there were fireworks outside at night. The double bed was very comfortable, and there was a projector; Xiao Pao loved using it to watch ”Backkom,” haha. Also, the whole room was voice-controlled: ”Xiaodu, open the curtains,” ”Xiaodu, adjust the air conditioner to 24 degrees,” Xiao Pao had a blast playing with it. Service: Since it wasn't peak season, the staff were all very friendly and responsive, answering all questions promptly and helping us with anything we needed. Overall, satisfied. Breakfast: It seems they don't serve breakfast here, but luckily there are several Lao Ba Cha (old-style tea) shops to the left of the exit. Because it was so hot, even though it wasn't a long walk, we drove there for breakfast anyway.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. We used the clean and spacious lobby extensively with visiting guests. We also had a memorable visit at this hotel because we could view the Wenchang satellite space launch from the dining hall balcony located at the 10th floor.

We booked three rooms for our family trip and, after exploring the area, felt it was the most stylish and unique hotel in Longlou. The decor and maintenance were excellent, and the lobby and courtyard were particularly charming. The hotel offered ethnic costumes, which made for great photos. There's a rooftop terrace specifically for watching rocket launches; although we didn't see the rocket launch, seeing the fireworks was still quite nice. The service was very warm and welcoming, providing information on nearby restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was plentiful, and there were many food options nearby. The only slight drawback was that the air conditioning in one of the rooms wasn't working, but the owner, a woman from Northeast China, quickly helped resolve the issue. Overall, it was a very good stay.

The room is very spacious, and there's a large terrace with a great view. It was a comfortable stay. Plus, there are supermarkets and markets nearby, making shopping convenient. It's really suitable for a long stay.

The facilities are a bit old, but fortunately they are clean and tidy. There is a restaurant on the second floor, and breakfast starts at 7:30.

The room was nice, but the service was not. When we checked into a room, it smelled particularly bad, so we asked the housekeeping aunt to take us to another room and asked her to go downstairs to change the room card. The aunt said she was busy cleaning other rooms and had no time to go downstairs. So we called the front desk to ask if she could bring it up, but the front desk aunt said in an impatient tone: ”Wait a moment, the aunt will come down to change the card, okay?” Then the housekeeping never came to help us change the room card. We went to the front desk to change it when we were going out. There were three or four people at the front desk at that time. Couldn't one person go up to change the card?

The hotel is near Wenchang City, not far from Wennan Old Street, located on the roadside, with parking spaces right at the door of the hotel. There are security guards who will help arrange parking spaces. Parking spaces are relatively tight, but you can find parking spaces nearby. The hotel is relatively new and has seven floors, but there is only one elevator. If you encounter a large number of passengers in the morning, you need to wait for a while. The hotel price is not expensive and affordable. There is also breakfast. Although there are not many varieties, it can meet general requirements. The air conditioner in the room only has cold air, which is a single cold air conditioner. The room is not big, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. If you are traveling and staying for a day, it is still a good choice…

In wenchang,this is considered a newer hotel. The breakfast spread is good. But has to make sure that when you check out,the front desk has done it well as we encountered problem when we check in another hotel in sanya and discovered that the city comfort hotel staff didn't check out for us through their computer so we couldn't check in into another hotel in sanya until we called them to do so. Wasted quite a bit of time for them to do so on the phone.
