1. Location: The hotel is located in a quiet residential area behind Wanghongchang. Although it is quiet in the evenings, the Wanghongchang Night Market is less than a minute away. It boasts an excellent location where you can walk to a concentration of restaurants, massage parlors, ear cleaning services, and coffee shops, all offering the authentic Yanbian experience. 2. Cleanliness: The hotel is always kept in a perfectly tidy state after a tour, maintaining such cleanliness that you might feel as though you have entered a brand new room every day. 3. Service: The owner provides detailed information on the locations of all kinds of restaurants, so you can simply show up and be taken care of. They also recommend authentic Korean restaurants that suit Korean palates. If the schedule works out and enough people are present, the owner personally conducts the tours. Having lived in Korea for 30 years, they tailor the tours to the tastes of Korean guests. Regarding the Mount Baekdu tour schedule, you can generally check the weather beforehand, adjust the date upon arrival, or, if you are unsure, contact them via WeChat to coordinate the schedule and make a reservation. 4. Facilities: The room is spacious and clean, and equipped with a wardrobe, hairdryer, water dispenser (hot and cold), and refrigerator, you will not experience any inconvenience. 5. Other: My impression is that this is the ultimate value-for-money accommodation. A huge advantage is being able to travel with peace of mind thanks to the owner and his wife, who help you enjoy a free and independent trip tailored to Korean tastes even if you don't speak a word of Chinese. The hotel is clean and there are no bugs. It takes 20 minutes to order any takeaway. It is within walking distance from the Internet Red Wall West Market. The most comfortable thing is this pillow. I don’t know if anyone understands it. I really don’t like the very big and soft pillow. The hardness and height are perfect. I slept for ten hours before I woke up. It’s really comfortable.

This guesthouse in Yanji was excellent! My friend walked in and immediately said, ”Wow, this place is so clean, even cleaner than that other hotel!” The location is absolutely fantastic!!! It's really close to the famous 'Influencer Wall,' West Market, and the morning market. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit! I'm extremely satisfied with this booking experience; it was worth all the time I spent looking, haha. Definitely a five-star review!

Like this hotel, I will write a good review for free. It is really cost-effective. This time I went to Yanji for a business trip. His facilities are very complete. The rooms are also beautifully decorated. The facilities are very good. The bathroom is dry and wet. Separate, projection, and the price is also favorable. Everyone must live here when you come to Yanji. The main parking is free and the parking space is convenient. Not far from the net red wall Yanda. The location is fantastic, right outside West Market, so shopping is super convenient. Within a kilometer's walk, there are all sorts of must-try restaurants. I stayed for four days, and every day I'd eat my fill, walk back to sleep, and then head out again for more food. I only took a taxi to one scenic spot, the Folk Park, for photos; everything else was within walking distance. Service: Absolutely outstanding! It's actually ruined me a bit; now when I travel to other cities and people are less attentive, I feel a little disappointed. They even do your laundry, drying and folding it for you in the laundry room – that service truly amazed me. You'll never have the problem of washing machines being full because previous guests haven't collected their clothes. I'm quite forgetful and often had to bother the front desk and cleaning staff, but they never seemed annoyed. The other day, I thought I'd lost my thermal underwear and then a sock. The front desk immediately offered to check the surveillance footage, but I decided it wasn't worth the trouble. Later, I found the sock in another bag (it wouldn't fit in the first two bags I'd taken), and the thermal underwear was rolled up with my other clothes. Then, I lost half an earbud while sleeping, and the cleaning staff helped me find it and even changed the linens 😭 I was so touched! 🥹 I want to recommend this place to everyone visiting Yanji! They're super quick with delivering water, tissues, and other items to the room, and changing the linens is handled incredibly fast too!

2D2N in this hotel in the off-season. I booked it based on the good reviews! BUT there were some unexpected things nobody talks about! Let’s go for a quick review👇🏻 What was good: • Super clean • A good firm mattress and two pillows to choose from: one soft and one firm ✨ • The bidet 🥰 • The price • Good Korean-style breakfast, but the same every day • Showroom full of Korean costumes • Sweet girl at reception, although she was a bit shy with foreigners 🤪 • Quiet outside, warm inside, and the air is fresher than in the city What was disappointing: • The TV turns on every time we come back — it’s kinda annoying • Since neither of us knows Chinese, we couldn’t use the voice assistant. We could've used it in English, but nobody helped us set it up (but it’s okay, because we visited just for the weekend) • Disposable towels 😅 (I prefer the soft cuddle of a real towel/bathrobe after a shower) • There were no dental supplies. It was disappointing and unexpected (but maybe it’s okay for a hotel at this price, who knows?) General conclusion: It’s the best option for a Korean-style photoshoot for a few days. Good for sleeping after walking around all day. But if you’re visiting just for the weekend and you don’t need photos, it’s better to stay somewhere near the city centre. As for me, I like fresh air, and in this hotel I could have it. In the city centre it’s only air-conditioned, so this is kinda the better choice for me… What about you? Who knows! The room is just a few minutes' walk from the river. We enjoyed the scenery on our way to Duan Bridge, and it felt like no time at all. The hotel front desk recommended a restaurant nearby, and the food there was delicious.

The boss is super good, the address is very convenient, the downstairs is the net red wall, the facilities in the hotel are very new and perfect, the service is also very thoughtful, next time I have the opportunity to come here, I will continue to choose to live here. The point is that the water heater has always been there, I like it very much, and the stay experience is very good.

I had a great time in Yánjí since I planned a lot of border excursions. I can speak both Korean and Chinese comfortably to navigate this region, which is also known as the Third Korea. The location of this place was great since it was in the city center across from Yanji University. (I was assigned room 1206.) I'm not sure which photos they're using for advertising, but my room looked far more beat up and outdated. I also killed a lot of small cockroaches that were roaming around the kitchenette area. Again, this was not a big deal for me since they weren't ginormous, but one huge cockroach did appear one day near the bathroom. It's one thing for the room to look somewhat different from the advertised photos, but please at least keep the space much cleaner. (The laundry machine was bonus, but I had to buy laundry soap next door at the convenience store. This should have been provided considering there was an empty soap box on the floor next to the machine.) The reason why I booked this place was to do frequent laundry rather than stay at a hotel... I traveled from NYC, so it wasn't like I was an average Chinese tourist from a domestic region. This was my first visit to China since 1996.05 and I used my 10-year China visa for the first time since I applied back in 2017.08. Note: I checked out the other rooms on the floor and they were much nicer than what I booked. I'm guessing those were listed on WeChat and the less attractive rooms are listed on here, etc. After I checked out by 12:00 noon, I stored my luggage next door at the convenience store for a few hours. They charged CN¥5/per hour… I paid CN¥15 since I knew 3 hours was all I needed before my flight.

I chose this hostel for my solo trip, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The 8-person male dorm was very clean, the beds were tidy, and the common areas were well-maintained with no unpleasant smells. All the facilities were new, and the rooftop terrace was a major highlight—a great place to enjoy the breeze and atmosphere. The owner was very friendly and responsive to any issues. The location was convenient, and the value for money was excellent. It's perfect for solo travelers, and I felt very comfortable and confident staying there. I would definitely consider staying here again next time.
