GGuest UserThe lady at the front desk was very helpful, and the room was clean. We missed out on the costume photography experience though, as the photographers, who collaborate with the hotel, had already finished for the day by the time we arrived.

MM503416****The room was spotlessly clean, no dust in any corner, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent, guaranteeing a perfect night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay, from the quick check-in to promptly addressing my requests – their dedication was evident in every detail. The facilities were well-maintained and looked new, the internet was fast, and the toiletries were fully stocked. It's fantastic value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit.

GGuest UserFive stars, highly recommend the Echarm Hotel Yanji! The location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around and exploring local eateries. The lobby has a fantastic retro coffee shop vibe, and the room was clean, tidy, and odor-free. The bedding was soft, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. The front desk service was warm and attentive; check-in was efficient, and they were quick to respond to any requests. The facilities are comprehensive, and it offers excellent value for money. Both the cleanliness and service are impeccable. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation in Yanji, and I'll be staying here again on my next visit!

WWoyaochuquzouzouzouI was a little confused before coming here because I always like newer and larger hotels. Later, I thought about going to the Folk Custom Park to take photos the next day after arriving, so I decided to stay here on the first night, so I booked one night. Unexpectedly, it was completely beyond my expectations. Although the facilities are old, I have to say that, but they are very well maintained. The room size is OK, but everything is very complete. Since Yanji is not big, it is very convenient to go everywhere, so I booked this hotel for the next two days. The front desk was very enthusiastic, especially on the third night, the parent-child room we originally booked was gone. The hotel not only showed me other rooms, but also let me book the cheapest room. They arranged the floor I wanted for me, and gave me free breakfast. When I left, I gave a small lucky bag. Very considerate. Yanji is suitable for eating, drinking and taking photos, so the room is completely OK. The cost performance is very high. I praise it.

GGuest UserThe room was spotless, tidy, and odorless, everything felt brand new. The sugar-free green tea in the fridge was surprisingly good, and they even provided individually sealed disposable cups, which was a nice touch. The toiletries in the bathroom were tamper-proof, adding a sense of security, and there were alcohol wipes for the toilet, ensuring good hygiene. The washing machine left my clothes smelling great, and having a separate dryer was very convenient. The front desk staff were also very helpful; they found me a room with great ventilation and an independent air conditioner based on my needs, making for a very comfortable night's sleep. Oh, and by the way, the Jinmutou BBQ restaurant across from the hotel served the cheapest and most delicious skewers I've had since coming up north – we stuffed ourselves for around 50 yuan per person! This hotel is also surrounded by trendy shops, making it super convenient for getting around. It's also close to the Water Market and West Market, both within a kilometer.

EE23538****Facilities: The laundry room is excellent, with 3 washers and 3 dryers. It gets busy in the evenings, but the wait isn't too bad. They also provide hand-wash detergent. The laundry room itself is spacious and comfortable.
Cleanliness: Clean and comfortable.
Ambiance: The front desk and most facilities are on the 14th floor. It's a large area and looks quite new. The rooms are also spacious enough, making it quite good for an economy chain hotel, though the price is a bit higher.
Service: I only experienced service when interacting with the front desk, and it was just average, to be honest. The reception staff felt a bit cold.

HHanmuThe environment is still quite new and good, it is a little detail, no one responded after placing the order, and then adding WeChat or no one responded. I contacted Trip.com customer service again before contacting the person. There was also a cold night. This homestay has changed the thin quilt. There is an air conditioner on the tatami in the living room, but there is no remote control. I contacted at 10:50 to ask where the remote control is, and there was no reply. Later, I found a thick quilt in the closet. The owner of the hotel said that he slept at that time the next day, so he didn't reply. The water heater needs to be adjusted when you check in, because it takes a while to heat up, otherwise the temperature is not enough when you take a bath.

GGuest UserMy stay was very good. It is a newly opened hotel and is very conveniently located next to the Folklore Garden. There is also a Hanbok rental display area on the first floor of the hotel. The clothes are so beautiful! The newly opened hotel room is very clean and has no smell! Next to it is a local high-end residential area, and the environment is very quiet at night. Oh, there are also disposable bath towels and towels, which just solve the problem of going out as a little germophobe like me. The guest room smart home is also very advanced, and the full voice command and control is very convenient. This is the first time I have stayed in such an advanced smart hotel. TTaoxiao7Upon check-in, the hotel front desk upgraded my room. After checking out at around 8:00 AM the next day, I received a call from the hotel around 4:00 PM, saying there was a large, noticeable oil stain on the stool in my room, suspecting it was caused by my stay. I explained that I'd noticed the oil stain on my pants while tidying up, and I assumed it was from the stool. Naively, I thought the hotel would apologize. It wasn't until the staff member explained that I'd probably sat on the stool outside and then returned to sit on it, causing the stain. Then I realized they were implying compensation. I asked the staff if they'd found any oily debris in the room. If not, why were they so brazenly questioning me? Although we mediated the issue through the platform and received an apology on the hotel's behalf, their actions were deeply offensive and completely ruined my afternoon outing. They were questioning the guest without any basis. First, I hadn't eaten anything in the room, not even fruit. Secondly, checking out at 8:00 AM and contacting the guest 8 or 9 hours later to report the stain was extremely unprofessional.
