MM224039****Staying at the guesthouse inside the Folk Park was absolutely fantastic! It had a charming Korean ethnic style with white walls and black tiles. The facilities were new and spotlessly clean, and the housekeeper thoughtfully provided us with a guide. In the mornings, we had the quiet park all to ourselves. There are plenty of options for travel photography within the Folk Park, with traditional costumes available for rent starting from 100 RMB, and the makeup and styling are exquisite, leading to great photos. The streets of Yanji are filled with the aroma of Korean food; the cold noodles and BBQ are authentic and incredibly satisfying. The locals are warm and friendly. The city itself is clean and well-ordered, with attractions concentrated and easily accessible by public transport. It beautifully combines ethnic charm with a vibrant local atmosphere, making it a truly healing and photogenic travel destination.

GGuest UserWe paid to upgrade to a bigger room and have zero regrets! It was incredibly spacious and lovely. We were floored the moment we walked in and the curtains opened to reveal those stunning floor-to-ceiling windows.
The in-house bar was another highlightโa cozy cafe by day that transforms into a cool bar at night. We ended up spending four hours there! Our bartender, Xiaoya, was so young and energetic we. You can really feel her hard work and passion; we had a great time drinking and sharing life stories with her. Also, the local food recommendation from the receptionist was superb. Everything about this hotel and Yanji exceeded expectationsโwe definitely should have planned a longer stay!
The only downside was the water temperature; it kept fluctuating between hot and cold, making us feel like we were doing the 'cha-cha' in the shower! To make matters worse, the hairdryer was broken and we couldn't reach the front desk by phone. Luckily, my boyfriend went down to grab a replacement. (I suspect they might unplug the phones at night for safety reason?) Despite those hiccups, Iโd love to come back. Yanji is so underrated

WWoyaochuquzouzouzouI was a little confused before coming here because I always like newer and larger hotels. Later, I thought about going to the Folk Custom Park to take photos the next day after arriving, so I decided to stay here on the first night, so I booked one night. Unexpectedly, it was completely beyond my expectations. Although the facilities are old, I have to say that, but they are very well maintained. The room size is OK, but everything is very complete. Since Yanji is not big, it is very convenient to go everywhere, so I booked this hotel for the next two days. The front desk was very enthusiastic, especially on the third night, the parent-child room we originally booked was gone. The hotel not only showed me other rooms, but also let me book the cheapest room. They arranged the floor I wanted for me, and gave me free breakfast. When I left, I gave a small lucky bag. Very considerate. Yanji is suitable for eating, drinking and taking photos, so the room is completely OK. The cost performance is very high. I praise it.

HHanmuThe environment is still quite new and good, it is a little detail, no one responded after placing the order, and then adding WeChat or no one responded. I contacted Trip.com customer service again before contacting the person. There was also a cold night. This homestay has changed the thin quilt. There is an air conditioner on the tatami in the living room, but there is no remote control. I contacted at 10:50 to ask where the remote control is, and there was no reply. Later, I found a thick quilt in the closet. The owner of the hotel said that he slept at that time the next day, so he didn't reply. The water heater needs to be adjusted when you check in, because it takes a while to heat up, otherwise the temperature is not enough when you take a bath.

This stay completely exceeded my expectations. It's just a ten-minute walk to the scenic area, making it super convenient for getting around and exploring local food. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic during check-in; they not only processed everything quickly but also proactively shared recommendations for nearby restaurants and attraction opening hours. The attention to detail was exceptional.
The room was also very satisfying. Cleanliness and tidiness were the first impressions, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The facilities were new โ the air conditioning cooled quickly, there was plenty of hot water, and even the toiletries felt higher quality than expected, so there was no need to bring my own.
The service was the most pleasant surprise. In the morning, staff would greet me as I passed the restaurant. The breakfast selection was rich, with fresh hot congee and freshly made noodles. When checking out, because I was in a hurry, the front desk even helped pack my breakfast quickly, which was incredibly thoughtful.
Next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation. I've already recommended it to my friends!

The environment of the hotel and the room is clean and tidy. Basically, it is as smart as the introduction. The most important thing is the bed! bed! bed! When I placed the order, I didn't notice that it was a zero-pressure bed. As a senior patient with spondylosis, I had a full night's sleep. GGuest UserWe ordered a room with one double bed and one single bed. The room is spacious and the hotel provided a very good self service laundry facility. The location is superb! But, as a foreigner we tried to use some postage service to send some parcels. The hotel reception didnโt help us much, only provide us a delivery man WeChat. But the attendant didnโt approve our request or respond to us. We tried to settle our delivery, but the other delivery man turned down our request due to foreigner status. When we returned to the hotel to look for the parcels. The hotel attendant mentioned nothing at their counter. After numerous check then only told us the parcels in their store room. The same attendant who turn us down on the day we check in, easily called the delivery man to pick up our parcel. We are kind of disappointed and frustrated especially this should be quite a good rated hotel in Yanji. As foreigner we need quite some help to do some simple delivery within the country. We went thru all the hassles during our holiday. Actually, the hotel reception didnโt intend to help much at first, only help us when we had to went thru all the troubles. There is so much can be improve on the service standards especially for foreigner like us.

This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, making it convenient to visit attractions and shopping areas. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and quick to check in, even proactively recommending nearby restaurants. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I slept very well last night. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and the food was delicious. The hotel gym was well-equipped, and I enjoyed a workout there in the evening. Overall, it's great value for money, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!

JJTLJThe service staff are rather cold & stern unlike people from Harbin City whom are generally more customer centric and warm. Rooms are very clean and new but they don't cleanup rooms even when we stayed for 2 nights, as our rubbish were not cleared. The hotels do not have direct access to hot spring center as we need to walk out of the building to access the other building next to it which is equipped with hot spring except for morning breakfast that their 3rd floor staff canteen will be open for hotel guests to access. There's no bell boy & nobody assist on the luggages. We checked in on a very cold night and didnt get to walked to the ็ฝ็บขๅข as it's about 1km walking distance. They are not near to any convenient chains, but there's a local mart just right across if only getting basic stuff.
