Guest UserThe room was very clean. The front desk lady was super enthusiastic and gave us a long list of food recommendations when we checked in. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir. The breakfast had a great variety, including local specialties like ginseng chicken soup and mooncakes. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to West Market. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Yanji.

善琳99The first thing that struck us was the beautiful, signature perfume throughout all the communal areas of the hotel — such a lovely and memorable touch.
The location is perfect: right across from the famous morning market and just a stone's throw from many popular places. You can easily immerse yourself in local life while having a peaceful retreat to return to.
Service comes with a genuine smile. The staff — like just about everywhere in China — are adorable, warm, and always ready to help with whatever you need.
The rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable on all levels. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The beds were genuinely comfortable — rare to find such good sleep quality in a hotel. Blackout curtains and soundproofing were excellent — slept like a log. The shower had excellent water pressure and hot water was instant. Check-in was smooth and efficient, which we really appreciated after a long trip.

Guest UserThe hotel is brand new and exceeded my expectations. It's conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from the high-speed train station. The front desk service was excellent, and there was even a very cute robot! The room was well-appointed and spotlessly clean. The breakfast spread was extensive, and I particularly recommend the scallion oil noodles with shredded potatoes – they were absolutely delicious! I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

The first room we were given had strong cigarette smell so we changed to another room which was ok. The room had very good layout & everything were spotless. Love the shower with very powerful, consistent warm water flow. The staff were very helpful. There are many eateries nearby. It’s very close to the Yanbian Uni Internet Wall. The bus stops nearby are very convenient as the buses can bring you to many tourist spots. We were surprised to receive a gift from the hotel upon our check out. Very happy with our stay.

Guest UserChoosing this hotel for my trip was absolutely the right decision; my overall experience was incredibly satisfying. The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting a taxi or exploring the shopping district. The front desk staff were gentle and patient, handling check-in efficiently, and patiently answering any questions I had. The room was spotless, with no dust even in the corners. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—making it easy to fall asleep, and the windows provided excellent soundproofing, completely blocking out outside noise. The toiletries were of good quality, and hot water was available instantly. The internet speed was stable and fast. The hallway was quiet and tidy, with cleaning staff constantly maintaining the public areas. Breakfast offered a balanced mix of meat and vegetables, and the ingredients were fresh. The overall environment was comfortable and grand, the service was meticulous, and the price was very reasonable. It's perfect for both short trips and business stays. I highly recommend it and will definitely book here again next time.

MiaoertuerThe hotel's location is very convenient for both the airport and the high-speed train station, with ride-shares costing around 10 yuan. While ride-hailing apps were a bit tricky, there were plenty of local taxis, which made getting around quite easy.
The room came with a smart voice assistant, but it wasn't very smart at all; it couldn't even control the lights. The most frustrating thing was the motion-sensor mirror in the bathroom – it would light up every time you entered. Since the bathroom wall facing the bed was frosted glass, it was easy to be woken up by the light at night. Also, the light under the corridor bench in the room was overly sensitive, turning on with just a slight turn in bed.
The TV in the room had a section introducing nearby attractions, but it only showed photos! And just one photo! For a luxury hotel, this is quite disappointing.
Now, regarding cleanliness: our child brought their own pillow, so we didn't need the two pillows on the bed. We usually place extra pillows on a chair or tuck them into our open luggage. However, after housekeeping cleaned the room, we found the extra pillows shoved into a corner of the room, directly on the floor.
Breakfast was a highlight, offering many local specialties, and you could pretty much sample all the延边 (Yanbian) snacks.

Facilities: The laundry room is excellent, with 3 washers and 3 dryers. It gets busy in the evenings, but the wait isn't too bad. They also provide hand-wash detergent. The laundry room itself is spacious and comfortable.
Cleanliness: Clean and comfortable.
Ambiance: The front desk and most facilities are on the 14th floor. It's a large area and looks quite new. The rooms are also spacious enough, making it quite good for an economy chain hotel, though the price is a bit higher.
Service: I only experienced service when interacting with the front desk, and it was just average, to be honest. The reception staff felt a bit cold.

I stayed at this hotel on business. Everything was fine, but a few days later my husband arrived and we checked in for another day. At check-in, for some reason, the employee wanted to ask us to take photos with our passports. This really embarrassed me! I've never encountered anything like this in any country in the world or in any city in China. It feels humiliating to take a photo of my face with my passport open. Explain to your staff how to check in foreign guests. As for the room, it was cozy and warm, but there was a noticeable smell of cigarettes. The breakfasts were very basic, but they were free, so there's nothing to complain about. Of course, after this attitude at reception, I can't recommend this hotel for foreign guests.

Tucked away in the hustle and bustle, this place offers incredible value for money. The facilities are modern, and the decor is exquisite and stylish, giving off a strong artistic vibe. The night view of Tianchi Bridge was a major highlight of our trip. The room cleaning was impeccable, with even the corners sparkling clean. After checking in, they thoughtfully sent us check-in instructions, a guide to local attractions, dining recommendations, and a map of the surrounding area, including nearby Korean restaurants. Highly recommended!

Guest UserWe stayed in the family deluxe room, the 'Dinosaur Water World Stone Age' themed room. The room design was quite unique and my child loved it, but the cleanliness was subpar. The floor felt sandy when you walked on it, and there was a constant layer of white dust on my phone screen and the wall light switches, which appeared every time we moved even slightly. I'm not sure what it was.
There must have been a lot of dust mites on the bed. My child's legs were itchy and had small bites, and since it's not summer, it couldn't have been mosquitoes – it had to be dust mites. I felt itchy all over too while sleeping.
It seemed like the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, just superficially tidied up, without proper wiping. Perhaps it's because the room is large and has two floors, but in terms of hygiene, I felt the value for money wasn't good. We just stayed for two days for the child's happiness.
The hot springs and water park were nice, but the water in the water park was too cold. Initially, we weren't allowed to bring towels from the hot springs area, nor could we wear slippers. The water park didn't provide towels or slippers either. My child's lips turned purple from the cold. Kids don't mind when they want to play, but it was really cold for adults, and we worried about the child getting sick. Also, walking without slippers was very slippery, and I was afraid the child would fall. Later, we saw people wearing slippers, so I went to the front desk to ask where we could get some. The front desk said that management had just changed the rule, and now we could bring towels and wear slippers.
Then, there was a sushi stand nearby. I asked if it was chargeable (intending to ask if it required cash or room key payment), and they said yes, it was chargeable. Immediately after, I overheard a male and female hotel staff member laughing, as if implying, 'Do you expect it for free if it's not chargeable?'
