Excellent! The attention to detail really shines through. The whole place was impeccably clean with no strange odors, and all facilities were well-maintained. The overall ambiance was quiet and elegant, and the service was genuine and not pushy. It's truly a top choice for accommodation when traveling.

The room environment was decent, but I was given a room at the very end of the hallway with a window facing another building extremely close by. We could see directly into each other's rooms, which meant I couldn't open the curtains at all – it was practically a windowless room. The biggest issue was the complete lack of soundproofing. Perhaps it was because the rooms around mine were occupied by a group, but there was constant talking and knocking. I kept thinking the knocking was at my door! The soundproofing was worse than the door between my bedroom and living room at home; even the beeping sound when someone opened or closed their door felt like it was right next to me. I had planned to relax here for a day, but I couldn't get any rest at all. I'd only recommend this place to travelers who are out all day and just need a place to sleep. If you're looking for a relaxing stay, I'd suggest choosing a different hotel!

The room was very spacious and clean, and overall I was very satisfied. The service was good, and the owner was very enthusiastic. This courtyard is very unique; it would be even more perfect if it snowed. The heating was also good. It's a very new hotel. Highly recommended!

It's just a ten-minute walk to the scenic area, making it super convenient for getting around and exploring local food. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic during check-in; they not only processed everything quickly but also proactively shared recommendations for nearby restaurants and attraction opening hours. The attention to detail was exceptional. The room was also very satisfying. Cleanliness and tidiness were the first impressions, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The facilities were new – the air conditioning cooled quickly, there was plenty of hot water, and even the toiletries felt higher quality than expected, so there was no need to bring my own. The service was the most pleasant surprise. In the morning, staff would greet me as I passed the restaurant. The breakfast selection was rich, with fresh hot congee and freshly made noodles. When checking out, because I was in a hurry, the front desk even helped pack my breakfast quickly, which was incredibly thoughtful. Next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation. I've already recommended it to my friends!

Facilities: Excellent! The location is super convenient. It's right next to Seomun Market, and only about a 10-minute walk to the Water Market. The famous 'Instagram wall' isn't far either, so you can easily stroll there. There are also well-known restaurants nearby, like Hanjeong Samgyetang (Ginseng Chicken Soup). Hygiene: The room was very clean and tidied frequently. Service: The service was truly outstanding. They would escort us to the elevator when we left, and helped us with getting water. They even gave us frozen pears and frozen persimmons to eat, and the persimmon and frozen pear juices were delicious. Breakfast was also very hearty. I'm genuinely impressed! The room was spacious too. I was traveling with my mom, and they remembered that she likes hot tea and coffee, which was a lovely touch. I was so pleased. We initially only booked for one night, but decided to extend our stay immediately after arriving.

Facilities: The laundry room is excellent, with 3 washers and 3 dryers. It gets busy in the evenings, but the wait isn't too bad. They also provide hand-wash detergent. The laundry room itself is spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness: Clean and comfortable. Ambiance: The front desk and most facilities are on the 14th floor. It's a large area and looks quite new. The rooms are also spacious enough, making it quite good for an economy chain hotel, though the price is a bit higher. Service: I only experienced service when interacting with the front desk, and it was just average, to be honest. The reception staff felt a bit cold.

I stayed at this hotel on business. Everything was fine, but a few days later my husband arrived and we checked in for another day. At check-in, for some reason, the employee wanted to ask us to take photos with our passports. This really embarrassed me! I've never encountered anything like this in any country in the world or in any city in China. It feels humiliating to take a photo of my face with my passport open. Explain to your staff how to check in foreign guests. As for the room, it was cozy and warm, but there was a noticeable smell of cigarettes. The breakfasts were very basic, but they were free, so there's nothing to complain about. Of course, after this attitude at reception, I can't recommend this hotel for foreign guests.

We wanted to book a small courtyard room, but after it was fully booked, we booked a fruit forest room. Let me talk about the service first. The boss was very enthusiastic during the phone consultation and answered all questions. When we arrived at the residence, it had just rained heavily in Yanji and it was dark. The whole B&B looked quiet and stylish in the light rain. Let’s talk about the room facilities and hygiene. The room is very clean, the mattress, quilt and pillows are very comfortable. The boss also prepared a small box of fruit, disposable towels and toilet covers. The back door of the room faces the grape vine. I thought it would be really good during the day. It would be very pleasant to stay in this small courtyard for half a day. The cleanliness is the best among the B&Bs I have ever stayed in. Except for the slippers in the bathroom that don't look very clean, of course they just look bad, or they may be worn out, and the water drains too slowly when taking a shower. Everything else is fine. It is worth mentioning that there is an air-raid shelter and a viewing platform next to the B&B, and you can also pick some tomatoes and cucumbers. This must be praised. The boss said that if you don’t waste it, you can pick it for free. Of course, you won’t waste it. It’s a great experience. . I’ve said a lot, let’s look at the pictures!

Upon check-in, the hotel front desk upgraded my room. After checking out at around 8:00 AM the next day, I received a call from the hotel around 4:00 PM, saying there was a large, noticeable oil stain on the stool in my room, suspecting it was caused by my stay. I explained that I'd noticed the oil stain on my pants while tidying up, and I assumed it was from the stool. Naively, I thought the hotel would apologize. It wasn't until the staff member explained that I'd probably sat on the stool outside and then returned to sit on it, causing the stain. Then I realized they were implying compensation. I asked the staff if they'd found any oily debris in the room. If not, why were they so brazenly questioning me? Although we mediated the issue through the platform and received an apology on the hotel's behalf, their actions were deeply offensive and completely ruined my afternoon outing. They were questioning the guest without any basis. First, I hadn't eaten anything in the room, not even fruit. Secondly, checking out at 8:00 AM and contacting the guest 8 or 9 hours later to report the stain was extremely unprofessional.
