2-Star Hotels in Vienne

The booking number was not listed so after 21h we cannot enter the hotel on call the emergency number... the person doesn't believe me of my booking I've had to wait almost 5 minutes before it does the necessary. Once in my room, the other clients believe themselves they speak strongly in the corridors until midnight...

There is no electric wind, no hot water bottle, nor can I borrow it at the front desk.

Not listening to the negative comments. You rest well, good quality-price relationship. The staff is very friendly. It is clean, although the walls, sofas or the bath can be seen something dirty and deteriorated. We will repeat if we pass.

This hotel seemed little tired, felt like plastic under the sheets so not the most comfortable sleep. The centre opposite doesn’t allow dogs so we had difficulty finding somewhere to eat. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. Also it was dog friendly which is a bonus for us. On the whole it was budget so shouldn’t expect too much.

We had to ask for additional coats we had not and we must say that the coats are really small. Des toilets ou on doit couper l'eau entre chaque chasse d'eau car sinon l'eau ne s'arrête pas de courir une climatisation qui fait un bruit terrible et un garden occultant déchiré... The hotel is very clean. With a very friendly and smiled house staff, we rented 3 rooms 210 110 and 109. The 210 is very well located, clean bathroom but to refresh to have more than 🌟. The 110 with a stick but very clean. very warm also happy SB fan presence very well. The person at the reception really sympathetic because of a small tax error has gently offered to me and my children Viennan and orange juice. Thanks to the hotel for its welcome and cleanliness.

Solo para 1 noche, en viaje de carretera. Hotel básico. La recepción está abierta hasta las 9pm, llegue 9:30 pm. Hubo un pequeño pero urgente incidente y el personal llegó a apagar un fuego por cigarrillo y puede hacer check Inn. Se puede hacer self check Inn pero la pantalla no funcionaba cuando llegue. Errores de sistema que pueden afectar tu estancia. El fuego fue un accidente “por suerte”, si no, no hubiese podido registrarme por la hora en que llegué y reservé de último minuto y self check Inn no funcionó. Personal amable. Habitación muy pequeña tipo Europa Ibis Budfet, limpia, Lejos, nada en alrededores, Para dormir en viaje de carretera.
