"A no-frills stay. The bed was firm, but I slept really well. The location is excellent, with good restaurants nearby, and the staff were very friendly. The room was small but adequate, with some grimy marks on the ceiling, likely from something that had been hung there previously. The shower was inconvenient for tall people. There were too few power outlets, and one was even located in the shower itself. Breakfast was basic and heavily sweet-focused. It's perfectly fine for a stopover hotel."

"We have booked 2 cottages for our family (2 adults, 2 children and 1 dong), mid Aug 2025, from the trip of Spain. This hotel has a huge garden, and field which our dog could run and walk a lot, two cottage (each having a double bed, a separate toilet and bathroom) which we have stayed met our expectation. Specially it has a small terrace which allowed us to stay outside with fresh air (our dog slept there) during our stay. A receptionist was pretty kind with good level of English.
Two area for improvements if I could mention, hotel restaurant was closed on sunday (staff was on holiday), and even if official check in time is 16h, our room was not ready by 16h45 (only one room ready by 16h45, and the second room was ready after 17h30!). Due to our travelling plan, we have left 1am (stayed only for couple of hours here) heading to next destination, so it was quite disappointing to lose our time just for waiting for the key to check in!"

"Despite all efforts made by the trained staff and the rooms re-established at nine, a water leak in the bathroom, not water to take a shower but just a bath.
There is no boiler in the room, while there is tea and coffee.
Personnel is lost at each request ...
If it's just to sleep, you'd spend a good night, but didn't expect any more of your stay.

"The hotel is very good: clean, welcome and located near Futuroscope. However, we have met a little concern when booking via the site. For 5 people, we have been allocated two double rooms. We thought that a bed would be added, as is the case in many hotels, but it was not possible here. The hotel explained that the site should not have proposed this configuration, because there were not enough beds.
We have kept our calm to not ruin our stay, but I find it wrong that the site asks us to pay a surcharge to change room while the error came from their side. The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable and was very comfortable."

JJamesThe only thing about this place is parking. Although they have a parking garage behind the hotel, forget about parking your SUV there as there is no way you will be able to manoeuvre your vehicle into their car park.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, and the hotel is located in the heart of the city centre. The cleaning is not excellent (the windows are quite dirty, etc.) but we have not been going through mania. Our first option was to stay at the hotel du Futuroscope, but we read bad views and saw unpleasant photos and changed option, we didn't regret the change.

The entire scope of the old town is not large. The hotel is located at the starting point of the old town, and it is easy to go shopping.

MmSaraThe hotel is very clean. With a very friendly and smiled house staff, we rented 3 rooms 210 110 and 109. The 210 is very well located, clean bathroom but to refresh to have more than 🌟. The 110 with a stick but very clean. very warm also happy SB fan presence very well. The person at the reception really sympathetic because of a small tax error has gently offered to me and my children Viennan and orange juice. Thanks to the hotel for its welcome and cleanliness.

We were quite disappointed with the rooms, all made quite old with colors 20 years ago.
Equipment such as TV has been put to cartridge boxes because it is not practical to use (positioning or orientation).
Fine door that lets pass all the sounds in both directions.
The room was very comfortable and it was not all lighting.
Work is under way in the hotel, see if it is better after.
Otherwise very convenient service and full and nice breakfast.

KKarenmaryThis hotel seemed little tired, felt like plastic under the sheets so not the most comfortable sleep. The centre opposite doesn’t allow dogs so we had difficulty finding somewhere to eat. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. Also it was dog friendly which is a bonus for us. On the whole it was budget so shouldn’t expect too much.

GGuest UserSolo para 1 noche, en viaje de carretera. Hotel básico. La recepción está abierta hasta las 9pm, llegue 9:30 pm. Hubo un pequeño pero urgente incidente y el personal llegó a apagar un fuego por cigarrillo y puede hacer check Inn. Se puede hacer self check Inn pero la pantalla no funcionaba cuando llegue. Errores de sistema que pueden afectar tu estancia. El fuego fue un accidente “por suerte”, si no, no hubiese podido registrarme por la hora en que llegué y reservé de último minuto y self check Inn no funcionó. Personal amable. Habitación muy pequeña tipo Europa Ibis Budfet, limpia, Lejos, nada en alrededores, Para dormir en viaje de carretera.

GGuest User2 nights reservation for Futuroscope and Aquascope, very friendly staff, spacious room (we were 1 adult and 2 children), nickel litter, single bemol, store window broken, The walls are not thick and it is not the fault of the hotel but it is a little under no knowledge of living from other users. But it was still . Breakfast of the efficient hotel everybody finds its account. Access to the park in 5min walk, Aquascope 10min walk.
