An affordable luxury hotel. Easy access to the beach with snorkeling activities and dolphin watching. Amazing host, very welcoming and friendly. Goes the extra mile to accommodate. Rooms look exactly as pictured. Convenient shops available attached to the hotel. Beautiful and unique to Zanzibar. Delicious food and so affordable. Definitely my number 1 hotel in Zanzibar.

We were at the hotel in March 2026, 3 nights, liked clean rooms and spa-, food is beautiful, Italian, was very delicious, breakfast is good, fruit fresh, tea, coffee, everything is! On the adjacent territory there are two swimming pools, one in the spa zone- and an interesting fountain with lighting, the hosts of the hotel are attentive, kind people, always ready to help, was at home comfortable. The only one, the hotel is on the second line, the passage from the hotel to the sea has to overcome an uncomfortable stone road. Some times took the tuck-tuck and rolled from the hotel to different beaches. At night dinner at the hotel, Italian food and wine were excellent.

This hotel is something special. A unique personal feel, with lots of little hang out areas, a lovely pool and comfortable sun loungers. The staff were very welcoming and sorted everything out for me, from airport transfers to a snorkeling trip. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe and cared for. Highly recommend.

Hotel is wonderful! Very welcoming hosts! Green territory, large light rooms. Choose apartments. 2 large rooms, there is a refrigerator, microwave and gas tile, teapot, dishes. In each room a fan, in the bedroom air conditioner. Everything worked perfectly. Every day a delicious breakfast in the room, with fruit and fresh juice. 3 minutes to beach. The beach is clean, very beautiful white sand. Thank you for a great rest!

Для своей стоимости, отличный вариант бюджетного отеля. Завтраки скромные, но мы наедались: омлет, три вида фруктов по 1-2 кусочка, что-то из выпечки. Чай или кофе из банки, свежевыжатый сок. Номера чистые, хорошее белье. Пляжных полотенец нам не выдавали, но нам и не нужно было. Убирались каждый день. Смена белья по запросу. Полотенца меняли раз в три дня. Нас не смущало. Гель для душа и шампунь были в душевой, мыло. У нас была маленькая вилла в глубине отеля, в номере диванчик, сейф, холодильник. Возле виллы душ, что бы смыть песок с ног. Мы на пляж выходили босиком. Очень милый персонал. В номере кондиционер, спасает от жары. На пляже ресторанчик, можно заказать блюдо и шезлонг бесплатно. Отливлв почти нет. Мы гуляли по побережью, меняли пляжи. Это не лучший, но рядом слева много разных мест. Трансфер в отель и из отеля заказазывали в отеле, все чётко по времени.

I had the pleasure of staying at Zenobia Beach Resort and the experience was truly positive. From the very first moment, the staff was very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful, ideal for resting and enjoying myself. One of the things I appreciated most was the helpful attitude of the staff, always smiling and willing to provide recommendations or address any needs. As a suggestion, I think breakfast could be improved if it offered the option of selecting food according to guests' preferences, with more customizable options. This would undoubtedly make the experience even more complete.

Lacation-top! The view from the room is amazing, the room is very large with a lot of storage spaces, which is very convenient. The idea of the kitchen and food is straight Zanzibar: hot and OK😄 so much don't wait. The prices at the restaurant at the hotel are slightly more expensive than in other cafes, if eating in the afternoon, there are lots of flies and attacking food, in the morning they are not. (I walked next to, left of the beach Furana restaurant, there is no flies, delicious and beautiful!!!) When the electricity is off, there is a generator in the hotel, without electricity you won't stay. There were no problems with water too, a little weak pressure only. Now I moved to Nungvi - I don't like it here, the beach is much worse, with lying problems, lots of boats in the sea and the crowd stick. And the prices in restaurants are not cheaper than in Kendwa. If you are interested in the beach and the ocean is definitely Kendwa. If you rest with children, Kendwa too!

Great hotel, but some niggles. Has safe parking, central location, nice staff, big rooms. In our first block power off virtually every night 6-9.00 pm, Did get moved and was a huge improvement. Breakfast could be a little more interesting On the whole well worth a visit 😎
