GGuest UserCouldn't handle a tough layover, so I booked this hotel near Terminal 2. It was super convenient with a 24-hour front desk, and check-in was really fast – just a 50,000 IDR deposit. The room was very clean, and they thoughtfully provided water and toiletries. It was exactly what I needed to rest up!

GGuest UserWe have to move the bed to make area for praying as room too small. Need extra careful when using toiet,not to wash feet as no hole for water to flow, only wash in shower area. Good location provided not during.peak time, plenty restaurant to choose. Consider to go to the airport early during peak time as the area was very congested on our way to check in.

ZZ AnastasiaThe hotel is situated in a pretty strategic location. Very close to the shops and just around the corner of the airport. The staffs are pretty friendly and helpful to arrange shuttle service to the airport. You just need to clearly state your terminal based on your domestic/ international flight and the driver will take you to the correct one. Less headaches esp.if you’re not familiar with the surroundings. 😊😊

To be honest, the most memorable facility is the free airport pick-up, although the returning back to the airport is not free, but unfortunately the experience of staying at the end of March was not free airport pick-up with his reasons Now online bookings at ota do not get this free facility anymore, only for those who order directly to the hotel that can be. It seems that the management has changed too. The receptionist used to be with Mr. Hengky, now there are many receptionists, maybe it's different owners/management, so the rules have changed.. Next time I seem to consider another hotel, although the ambient of this hotel is very comfortable and feels like in Bali And cool with an indoor garden in the middle of the hotel
