GGuest UserWhile the room was a bit small, it was impeccably clean. What truly stood out was that it was the only hotel during my entire business trip where the bedding didn't have any unpleasant smell.
Its location was incredibly convenient, being close to both the airport and my workplace. Despite Indonesia experiencing a somewhat complex social situation at the time, the hotel felt very secure and provided a great sense of comfort and safety.
The hotel breakfast was superb; I ate it for three consecutive days and never grew tired of it. The dining area itself was also very pleasant.
It's a pity I didn't get the opportunity to try out the hotel's other facilities.

GGuest UserI had an excellent stay at FM7 Resort Hotel – Jakarta Airport. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are impressive, especially the pool and spa.
What truly makes the stay outstanding is the exceptional service. Randy, Cyndi, and Aulia were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly went above and beyond.
I highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers arriving or departing from the airport. A stay worth repeating

لكن ما يميز الفندق فعلاً هو الخدمة الاستثنائية. كان الموظفون Randy و Cyndi و Aulia في غاية اللطف والاحترافية، ساعدوني بكل ابتسامة وقدموا خدمة تفوق التوقع.

NnilacandriaI had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Airport Jakarta, and I’d love to share my experience.
Special thanks to Mas A Gree from the restaurant team for his extra care and warm hospitality. He is very kind, friendly, and always checked on me and my husband every morning during breakfast—offering new dishes and making sure everything was perfect. The food was amazing too!
Also, thank you to Mba Caca, as well as Mas Ryo, Surya, and nindi for their great service.
Not to forget the warm and polite shuttle driver, Bapak Priyanto Julian, who was very helpful.
And thank you to Mas Vincent/Joshua for taking care of my many pieces of luggage, hehe.
Overall, it was such a pleasant and welcoming experience.
I will definitely come back to Sheraton Airport Jakarta again!

JJazBiaLocation is good. it's near to the airport.... staff is good...... outside there are no food d points... although they have some snacks and instant noodles at the reception u can buy.... there is a free shuttle to the airport but only up to 1pm. after that u have to pay 55000 IDR and they will drop u. there is not tooth brush and tooth paste. room is enough for a short stay and for one person. they will provide u breakfast for 50000 IDR but honestly I didn't like that. Rice was too salty and chicken was not cooked properly... I booked room with river view but it wasn't like that.... overall it was clean... WiFi was working well.... they provide wake up call....

KKongLSHad a good sleep at this hotel. It's not fancy but it's a reasonable option if you have an overnight layover in CGK T2. T3 has at least 3 other hotels at different price levels so you would find a newer hotel over there if your departing flight is from T3. The hotel is located inside the T2 terminal near the skytrain station. If you need to get to another terminal the next morning, you should budget an additional 30 minutes for the trip. Food choices in T2 are much less than in T3 but there are a few outlets that open 24 hours, so, as long as you are not choosy, you won't go hungry (we had A&W and it was lousy). This hotel starts serving breakfast at 3 am. Breakfast is not fancy but adequate, with salad, fruit, the usual buffet of rice and pasta, a few complements, bread, coffee, etc. You might need help with heavy luggage to bring them up & down the ramps at a couple of staircases. There is a BIG smoking room near the reception. A peculiar thing with this hotel is that the rooms are spread along long corridors on both sides of the reception. If your room number is 1, it'll mean a ＞200m walk from the reception.

BbeambjbyThe staff were all friendly. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was very soft and comfortable. Although the room was not very spacious, it was still convenient and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.
Cons:
There was an unpleasant sewer smell in the bathroom. Room service could be improved — on the first day, I waited a little over an hour for my order, and on the following day, I waited for two hours but never received any. It seems my order may have been overlooked, so I ended up canceling it and ordering via Grab instead.
However, it is a good stay and good value for money in overall.

FFaridTravelThe only decent thing about this place is its close proximity with the airport. It is perfect for a 1-night stay but more than that I highly against it. The shuttle bus is also a nice feature although I do not know where it's pick up point from the airport since the hotels didn't bother to answer my telephone after I landed. The schedule was not that frequent tho, so if it doesn't accommodate your travel time then prepare to use taxi. They also have limitation of 2 luggages per passenger of which they didn't inform.
The room was standard in size, but it looks old and under-maintenance. I was provided a bin without plastic cover in it, and the bin was full of cigar signs. This is probably because they have room for smokers but gives me the bin from their room to be used on my smoking free room. They also gives no amenities whatsoever, so prepare yourself. You can also hear people chat in the corridor from your room.
Finally, I would recommend it only as a transit place to rest before your trip on the next day, nothing more.
