This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel was clean and fresh overall, the room had great natural light, and the soundproofing was excellent – I couldn't hear any hallway noise at all. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the washroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all the amenities were well-stocked. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and efficient with check-in, and patiently answered all my questions. The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk to the subway and shopping malls, with tons of great food options nearby. For the price, it's definitely a standout. I'll choose this place again next time I'm in town and highly recommend it to everyone!

Stayed here for a business trip. The facilities were pretty average, not what I'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. There were no USB outlets, and no power outlets under the desk for working. On the plus side, the staff's English was excellent, and it's quite close to the airport. The hotel has a convenient direct link to the mall, but the mall itself was just okay – a bit chaotic and not very high-end, more like a market, so not great for shopping.

Excellent! It's very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. Rooms on the right side facing the road can be a bit noisy, as Indonesian motorcycles are loud from morning till night. So, from my second stay onwards, I always requested a room on the left side, which is very quiet and ensures a good night's sleep. The breakfast also has a wide variety of options suitable for Chinese palates. I really hope I can come here for a vacation someday instead of just a business trip. Even for business, it's great, perfectly avoiding city center traffic, and the hotel's ambiance makes you feel like you're on holiday!~ (￣▽￣～)~

I recently stayed at d'primahotel Tangerang and overall had a very pleasant experience, especially considering the value for money. The hotel is conveniently located close to Soekarno–Hatta International Airport, making it a great option for transit stays, short business trips, or overnight layovers. It is also relatively close to Batu Ceper station and some shopping areas, which makes getting around fairly convenient. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and generally clean. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was modern and functional. The hotel has a modern industrial-style design with a pleasant atmosphere throughout the lobby and café areas. The overall ambience felt relaxing and suitable for both business and leisure travellers. One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the breakfast buffet. There was a good variety of Indonesian and international food, and the quality was surprisingly good for the room price. The restaurant and café area had a nice atmosphere, and the buffet was handled efficiently even during busy periods. The hotel staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. From reception to restaurant staff and security personnel, the hospitality was excellent. Many staff members went out of their way to assist guests, which made the stay more enjoyable and comfortable. There are a few minor downsides. Some parts of the hotel feel slightly older and could benefit from renovation or better maintenance. The surrounding area is not particularly scenic or tourist-oriented, and it feels more like a business or industrial area rather than a lively residential neighbourhood. Walking around outside the hotel at night may not be ideal for everyone. Overall, d'primahotel Tangerang is a very good choice for travellers looking for an affordable, comfortable, and convenient airport-area hotel in Tangerang. The friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable rooms, and easy airport access make it a hotel I would happily stay at again.

The staff were all friendly. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was very soft and comfortable. Although the room was not very spacious, it was still convenient and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Cons: There was an unpleasant sewer smell in the bathroom. Room service could be improved — on the first day, I waited a little over an hour for my order, and on the following day, I waited for two hours but never received any. It seems my order may have been overlooked, so I ended up canceling it and ordering via Grab instead. However, it is a good stay and good value for money in overall.

The airport transfer service is really inconvenient. The front desk staff don't speak Chinese, which makes arranging a pickup very difficult. Plus, they don't offer transfers after midnight. Many other hotels in the same price range offer transfers hourly or on demand.

The elevator house is like a large apartment with many rooms. There are cabinets, chairs, tables, small bedside tables, a very old TV and a small refrigerator. I don't know how to adjust the hot water. It disappears after a little washing. There are some ants. The air conditioner remote control needs to be pressed hard to respond. The price is cheap, but the bed is too smelly. The mattress, pillow and quilt all smell. It's like mold and the smell of oil and mold after sleeping for a long time without washing and drying. The pillow core, quilt core and mattress all have this smell. It smells even stronger when you take off the pillowcase. I asked the waiter to help me change the pillow, but he took it away and brought it back, saying that there was no more. It was intact, but the pillowcase was sprayed with perfume and given to me again. I used my clothes as a pillow when I slept, and barely covered myself with the quilt. I couldn't stand it. I really don't know if it has been used for decades or what. In fact, the furniture inside is quite complete. It would be good as long as the whole set of bedding is thrown away and replaced with new ones.
