The pool is not really clean because I found wet wipes in the pool including breakfast time, the staff did not immediately clean the table, I called the staff to clean the table first.
So far it's still good, hopefully it will be better."

"This transit hotel has an excellent location, very close to the airport, making transfers easy and super convenient for catching flights. "Booked this hotel for its free airport shuttle services as there is early flight on the following morning.
However, the shuttle services is based on fixed schedule, and need to book in advance, for my scenario, I missed the 9pm pick up, and have to either wait till 11pm (2hours apart) or pay for extra charges if the pick up is not within the schedule.

GGuest UserThe hotel is really nice, and the breakfast is abundant. The cleanliness is also top-notch. It was quite unlucky that the day my colleagues arrived for their business trip, a pipe burst at the hotel. They were temporarily moved to another hotel, which made for a very bad experience. The next night, when we stayed at this hotel again, it felt like we were back in paradise.

GGuest UserThe room was even more spacious and tidier than it looked in the pictures. The bedding was comfortable and soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. What truly impressed me was the view from the room; I could overlook the entire city's nightscape, which was absolutely stunning. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were of high quality. The daily room cleaning was also very thorough.

GGuest UserIt is an old hotel that was built together with the terminal building. Soundproof glass insulate the noise well from aircrafts just right outside.
Shower with abundant of water flows.
Etc that show how a people put their best to built in 90’s era.
We did not have the chance for the breakfast though.
Cons:
The smoking room right beside lobby and restaurant. It has a ventilation inwards instead of exhaust, causing smoke flows to lobby and lingers there area hotel.
They could make some improvement by changing the mattress , pillow and bed, too old, too soft and loose support.

BbeambjbyThe staff were all friendly. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was very soft and comfortable. Although the room was not very spacious, it was still convenient and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.
Cons:
There was an unpleasant sewer smell in the bathroom. Room service could be improved — on the first day, I waited a little over an hour for my order, and on the following day, I waited for two hours but never received any. It seems my order may have been overlooked, so I ended up canceling it and ordering via Grab instead.
However, it is a good stay and good value for money in overall.

AAnonymous UserLocation: 15-min car ride to airport. Free shuttle service provided by the hotel at 1.5-hour interval. No other business or eateries around the hotel.
Amenities: Basic toiletries provided. Only multipurpose soap is available as hair, conditioner and body shower.
- No room slipper provided.
- No bottled drinking water provided but you could refill at the water dispenser along corridor.
- No facial tissue available in the room.
Room: Size is sufficient for solo or two travellers.
I was unfortunate to get corner room directly opposite the staff room. The staff got in and out throughout the night and I woke up to noises.
Room isn't bright enough for working.
