"I was looking remote AC to check the temperature and I didn't find it, I needed it because it was less cold in the room. The pool is not really clean because I found wet wipes in the pool including breakfast time, the staff did not immediately clean the table, I called the staff to clean the table first. So far it's still good, hopefully it will be better."

"Novotel Tangerang. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Tangerang. It's about a 30-minute taxi ride from Jakarta's Soekarno-Hatta Airport, though the actual distance isn't that far – the city lives up to its 'traffic jam city' nickname! Check-in was quite convenient; just hand over your passport. A deposit is required, and they'll give you a receipt. The service was very welcoming, and it's a bonus that they offer smoking rooms. The facilities are comprehensive, including a swimming pool and fitness center. Just be sure to check their operating hours. There's a glass door on the ground floor that leads directly into the adjacent Tangerang City Mall, which really elevates the hotel's appeal. Many airlines use this hotel for their crews. If you sit by the entrance for a bit, you'll see flight attendants from several different airlines, which is quite nice. I booked early, so the value for money was absolutely fantastic."

"The location is decent; it's not very touristy here, feeling very local. There's a small shopping center nearby with various Japanese restaurants and Western fast food options. A 10-minute drive takes you to the larger Tang City Mall, which offers more choices. It's about 20-30 minutes from the airport. The staff were very welcoming and explained everything clearly, always willing to be flexible and help guests with any issues. The downside is the cleanliness. The bed was okay, but the bathroom felt quite unhygienic due to its age. Overall, the place felt very old and dated."

"From my POV good hotels but not great. A bit noisy from other rooms, perhaps the walls are a bit thin. Breakfast was so-so and needed some improvements. The room I can't say is clean, because I found some small pieces of black tiny dirt. The pool is too small for over 100 rooms. Well overall it was okay."

There was a good variety of Indonesian and international food, and the quality was surprisingly good for the room price. The restaurant and café area had a nice atmosphere, and the buffet was handled efficiently even during busy periods. The hotel staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. From reception to restaurant staff and security personnel, the hospitality was excellent. Many staff members went out of their way to assist guests, which made the stay more enjoyable and comfortable. There are a few minor downsides. Some parts of the hotel feel slightly older and could benefit from renovation or better maintenance. The surrounding area is not particularly scenic or tourist-oriented, and it feels more like a business or industrial area rather than a lively residential neighbourhood. Walking around outside the hotel at night may not be ideal for everyone. Overall, d'primahotel Tangerang is a very good choice for travellers looking for an affordable, comfortable, and convenient airport-area hotel in Tangerang. The friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable rooms, and easy airport access make it a hotel I would happily stay at again."

"For a business trip, I booked a suite for four nights. My overall impression was quite positive. The room having a washing machine was a huge convenience. It's also not too far from the Indonesia National Exhibition Center, just a 10-20 minute taxi ride, which made getting around very easy."
