The staff were very welcoming and explained everything clearly, always willing to be flexible and help guests with any issues. The downside is the cleanliness. The bed was okay, but the bathroom felt quite unhygienic due to its age. Overall, the place felt very old and dated."

"Novotel Tangerang. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Tangerang. It's about a 30-minute taxi ride from Jakarta's Soekarno-Hatta Airport, though the actual distance isn't that far – the city lives up to its 'traffic jam city' nickname! Check-in was quite convenient; just hand over your passport. A deposit is required, and they'll give you a receipt. The service was very welcoming, and it's a bonus that they offer smoking rooms. The facilities are comprehensive, including a swimming pool and fitness center. Just be sure to check their operating hours. There's a glass door on the ground floor that leads directly into the adjacent Tangerang City Mall, which really elevates the hotel's appeal. Many airlines use this hotel for their crews. If you sit by the entrance for a bit, you'll see flight attendants from several different airlines, which is quite nice. I booked early, so the value for money was absolutely fantastic."

The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was modern and functional. The hotel has a modern industrial-style design with a pleasant atmosphere throughout the lobby and café areas. The overall ambience felt relaxing and suitable for both business and leisure travellers. One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the breakfast buffet. There was a good variety of Indonesian and international food, and the quality was surprisingly good for the room price. The restaurant and café area had a nice atmosphere, and the buffet was handled efficiently even during busy periods. The hotel staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. From reception to restaurant staff and security personnel, the hospitality was excellent. Many staff members went out of their way to assist guests, which made the stay more enjoyable and comfortable. There are a few minor downsides. Some parts of the hotel feel slightly older and could benefit from renovation or better maintenance. The surrounding area is not particularly scenic or tourist-oriented, and it feels more like a business or industrial area rather than a lively residential neighbourhood. Walking around outside the hotel at night may not be ideal for everyone. Overall, d'primahotel Tangerang is a very good choice for travellers looking for an affordable, comfortable, and convenient airport-area hotel in Tangerang. The friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable rooms, and easy airport access make it a hotel I would happily stay at again."

Although the room was not very spacious, it was still convenient and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Cons: There was an unpleasant sewer smell in the bathroom. Room service could be improved — on the first day, I waited a little over an hour for my order, and on the following day, I waited for two hours but never received any. It seems my order may have been overlooked, so I ended up canceling it and ordering via Grab instead. However, it is a good stay and good value for money in overall."
