Great
GGuest UserThis was my first time staying here. The staff member who helped me was incredibly friendly and kind. We had a family member in a wheelchair, and they welcomed us warmly. Thanks to them, we had a very comfortable stay in the family room, even though it was just a room-only booking. Although we drove this time, the hotel is close to the station and surrounded by many shops, which was very convenient. Parking right in front of the entrance was a huge help, though it requires prior arrangement. The room itself was simple, cozy, and I absolutely loved it. I'd definitely like to stay here again if I have the chance. Thank you!
TTouravelholicGood place and near to the convenient stores. The place is so perfect for the family.my kids enjoyed the projector, but there is no elevator.we carried our big luggage going to second floor. No free car parking but have a nearest coin parking.check out time is so early 10am.I suggest to make it 11am because some of the guests have a kids hard to wake them up early, especially if you are a tourist.
GGuest UserVery close to Hiroshima Station! You can reach it by walking, and the traffic location is very good!
Bathroom, toilet, bed and public space are clean (shampoo, shower gel and even face wash are provided) (toothbrush should be brought by yourself)
There is a refrigerator, a kettle, indoor slippers, hair dryer to use, personal bed also has a safe to put valuables.
Overall a great stay experience 🥰
Highly recommend the traveler!
FFairyflossA nice budget hotel with good value for money. We opted for a larger room so the extra space was definitely a bonus. The room came with a washing sink and a large leather armchair, though we weren’t quite sure of their purpose as they took up quite a bit of space. The location is excellent, close to shopping areas and plenty of eateries. There’s also a convenience store just a short walk away which is very handy. While there’s no free parking, paid parking is widely available nearby so it’s worth checking around for the best rates. Despite being in a busy area the room was surprisingly quiet making for a comfortable stay. Walking distance to some attractions like the Hiroshima Museum, Dome, Garden and castle.
IIt’s Me AntoStayed here with my brother.
The check-in was a bit confusing as I didn't receive any instructions before arriving, and at the time of arrivin,g no one was present to explain, though we managed it.
The man that was managing the building was kind after we managed to meet him.
The location was good enough for us.
The rooms close with a gate it feels like a prison, though overall it was a good Ryokan experience.
GGuest UserAmazing hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. I stayed here for 8 nights as I had to go to Japan after my torn got injured playing Rugby. My son, who was on crutches, stayed with me. They were very helpful with him when he needed to get a taxi to the hospital, etc. When needing to clean, the room the staff waited patiently for him to get up move. There were plenty of shops around to get drinks and food, a washing machine at the hotel to use. They offer breakfast in the morning, no evening meals, and there is a microwave available to be able to heat up meals.
GGuest UserThe location is excellent, within a 5-minute walk from JR Hiroshima Station and about 15 minutes from Mazda Stadium. There's also a convenience store next door, which was convenient.
The hotel building is old, but it was well-cleaned and there were no issues. You could help yourself to any amenities you needed from the front desk.
The front desk staff were also very helpful.
GGuest UserBasic hotel (not really Ryokan), close to a tram station and close to the Genbaku Dome, kinda expensive maybe because the convenience of it's location, the room has a nice tatami and a small tv, it could be bigger compared to the room size and cost, hotel had a sento bath available with limited hours so I didn't had the chance to use it
