MMiss May AwHotel room is spacious to accommodate 3 of us with our each piece of luggage. Less than 5 mins walk from the JR line n Streetcar. There is a short cut to walk towards hotel at the bridge walk n cut thru Hotel Graniva. Public bath have 2 pool n one of it looks like milk bath to me. Amenities to pick up at lift lobbies. One point that I like is the bathroom n toilet are separate that making so spacious n with a stool provided in the bathroom is a plus point for senior who like me that I can use No photos taken when hands are busy with personal luggage.

DDannyPrime Convenience: Having a 7-Eleven located right on the ground floor of the hotel was incredibly convenient for late-night snacks, drinks, and daily essentials.
Perfect Transit Location: The hotel is located just a quick three stops away from Hiroshima Station via the local streetcar. It is also highly accessible for easy taxi pick-ups and drop-offs right outside.
Great for Shopping: It sits very close to the main local shopping streets, making it a breeze to walk to nearby boutiques and restaurants.

KKenneth ZhangMy stay at this hotel was quite good overall. The location is decent – it's about a 10-minute walk with luggage from Hiroshima Station if you cross the bridge from the Fukuya side and turn left. There's a FamilyMart convenience store about 20 meters in front of the hotel, and Shukkei-en Garden is super close, roughly a 7-8 minute walk away. Most of the city's shopping areas (Kamiya-cho, Hon-dori shopping street, Hiroshima Castle, Peace Memorial Park, etc.) and major department stores are all within a 20-30 minute walk, so nothing is too far.
The hotel lobby on the first floor is staffed 24 hours a day, and the cleaning staff tidies up daily. The breakfast selection is also quite varied, and you don't have to wait long for the elevators.
There are plenty of dining options nearby as well. All in all, it was a good experience! I'd consider staying here again on my next trip to Hiroshima.

Excellent view of the city. Lots of personal amenity provided (toothbrush etc). Access to gym/fitness centre is additional (substantial) costs.

GGuest UserThe location is incredibly convenient. The airport shuttle is right downstairs, and you can directly access the JR and Shinkansen stations from the second floor. Shopping and getting around are super easy. The hotel service is excellent. They have a happy hour every night from 5-7 PM with half-price drinks, and you can even order sushi and tempura at reasonable prices. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

ZZhongyeあずさThis hotel is located in the heart of Hiroshima, but it's a bit far from the main tram lines. If you're coming from Hiroshima Station by bus, you'll need to plan your timing carefully or be prepared for a short walk after getting off. The nearest tram stop is about a 10-minute walk, which is reasonable. However, if you're arriving late at night or returning late after sightseeing, make sure to factor in the extra time. The hotel rooms are quite spacious, and the bathroom has a good wet/dry separation. The hotel also offers complimentary welcome drinks at the restaurant next to the lobby from 2 PM to 11 PM, which is a nice relaxing space after a day of exploring. The breakfast is excellent, with a rotating selection of Hiroshima's local specialties every day, such as okonomiyaki, fried oysters, and beef tendon stew. The hotel has a laundry room with reasonable prices and combined washer-dryer machines, which is very convenient as you don't need to transfer clothes. If you plan to do laundry, I recommend going in the late afternoon as it gets very busy in the evenings. Overall, this is a great hotel with a very reasonable price.

BBlueBulbInitially i wanted to book a hotel somewhere in the downtown. But the breakfast and the dinner here caught my eyes. Also the view of the inland islands.
I stayed 2 nights here, I came from Fukuoka where my plane landed. The taxi fare from hiroshima station to the hotel is about 3000-3500 yen.
There is free hotel shuttle bus but i did not take it. Also, there is public bus stopping right outside the hotel (which i found out later).
Though the hotel is old, it is well kept and clean.
The staff were very eager to assist the guests and there is always a smile on the face.
I was given the 17th floor facing east. But the morning sun was too bright. Though it didnt matter much to me.
Another reason i booked this hotel is they have speed boat counter for Miyajima island. I booked one way there as I have the JR pass for return and I have plans after.
One way ticket from hotel to Miyajima is 2400 yen and return is 4500 yen.
There is a convenience store in the hotel.
But I believe they closes at 2200.
Also, there is hot spring in the hotel.
There is a usage charge for it, but i do not recall the price as i did not use.
I went up to the bar on the 1st night. The view was great. Most importantly the price are reasonable too.
For both days, i ate at the chinese restaurant for breakfast.
1st day was Japanese breakfast set.
2nd day was Japanese buffet style breakfast.
They were delicious.
The western and Japanese buffet breakfast at the top floor were very crowded. But they had more selections.
For my return trip to Beppu, I used the concierge (bell desk) to send my big luggage to Fukuoka. The price was okay.
I took the hotel shuttle bus go Hiroshima station. It was a pleasant ride.
Do take note it is first come first serve and there’s a queue.
I will stay here again, should I come back to Hiroshima.

DDr.p3pp3rThe location of this hotel is excellent. It’s right next to Peace Memorial Park, directly behind the museum, in a quiet and pleasant area. It’s about a 3–5 minute walk from the tram stop and around 5 minutes to the main shopping street. If you get this hotel at a good price and only plan a short stay focused on the Peace Park, the location is definitely a plus.
The room itself, however, was extremely small. Seating was uncomfortable — only a small stool with no back, and in my case the screws were sticking out, making it unsafe and unpleasant to use. You are basically either on the bed or out of the room.
The biggest issue was severe condensation and dampness. The room had extreme moisture problems — water running down the walls and windows, and the bed and floor becoming damp overnight. I woke up with wet feet and later realised why. This is not normal condensation; it was excessive and clearly an ongoing issue. I raised this with the front desk when checking out, but it was brushed off. After contacting Trip.com with photos and videos, the hotel refused responsibility once I had checked out. Trip.com eventually offered partial compensation, but the hotel itself showed no accountability.
Because of this, I would not stay here again. I am not overly picky with hotels, but a damp room that can make guests sick is unacceptable.
Also, I do not recommend the breakfast. You receive a very small bento box with unclear contents and a bottled tea. For the price, you are far better off going to a nearby convenience store like Lawson.
Overall: great location, but poor room conditions and lack of responsibility from the hotel. There are better options in this area.

GGuest UserThe hotel's service and facilities are generally up to standard. For our stay, the room provided toothbrushes and essential toiletries, along with laundry facilities and drinking water, which was quite good. However, I was a bit disappointed that the hotel didn't provide shower caps. Also, room cleaning isn't done daily, so guests need to arrange for it according to their needs.
As for the room rate, since it included breakfast, it's considered relatively inexpensive for a hotel in Hiroshima City. The only downside is that the hotel's location is a bit far from Hiroshima Station, making it not the most convenient. But it's closer to the Atomic Bomb Dome, which isn't too bad.
