AAnjellynnI was excited to stay at Arte Plus Ampang because I read about other reviews can use the other facilities there like the spa pool etc, when I arrived only to realised we are not allowed to use other facilities. Also it's 1 lift per unit, but when we arrived the same day, the lift was under maintenance until the last day we stayed there. We don't even know how to exit the building, and figured out to use bomba lift, that was the only inconvenience. Finally 1 day bomba lift also ko, and my husband had to run downstairs using the stairs, then met a guard downstairs and he used another unit's lift to send us back to our unit. Overall the unit is up to expectations, just that to enter the unit from car park, need to change lift.

GGuest UserHotel tiada parking utk guest. Guest terpaksa parking di lot parkir berbayar. Byk jg tolak dr TnG. Soket hanya 1 saja dlm bilik. Bilik yg kami dpt soket yg 1 tu pun rosak. Yg ada lebih 1 pun utk tv tp keddkannya tinggi & tangki pam tandas bocor. Ada guest bw masuk family yg ada ank2 kck menyebabkn bunyi bising smpai x blh tdo. Bilik x kedap bunyi. Blh dgr suara jiran sblh dgn jelas

LLIM KHOK CHANGThe water stains and dirt in the toilet cannot be washed away, which is disgusting. There are heavy smokers in other rooms. The entire corridor is filled with the smell of smoke. The smell of smoke also drifts into your room through the gaps. If you choose a cheaper one, you can still stay in this room.
