"I just finished my stay at De Palma Hotel Ampang and I am truly satisfied with my entire experience here. I stayed in the Deluxe Queen Room (Room 806) and was pleasantly surprised to get a view of the KL Tower. It was absolutely beautiful, especially at night. The room itself was very spacious, clean, tidy, fragrant, and comfortable. The air conditioning was wonderfully cold, perfect for relaxing and getting a good night's sleep. The bed was also comfortable, and having a Smart TV was a bonus, allowing me to enjoy Netflix or YouTube while unwinding in the room. Breakfast was definitely one of my favorite parts. The sambal for the nasi lemak was incredibly delicious and flavorful, and the porridge was fantastic. The food selection was satisfying and started my day off right. Among the amenities that also made my stay easier were: * Free parking. * A clean and comfortable prayer room (Surau). * A strategic location, making it easy to walk to nearby eateries and facilities. What left the biggest impression was the service from all the hotel staff. From the front desk to other staff members, everyone was very friendly, polite, and always helpful. I forgot the name of the female staff member who handled my check-in process, but she was very welcoming and made the check-in experience so pleasant. The hotel lobby was also consistently fragrant, creating a comfortable ambiance as soon as you stepped in. In terms of service, hospitality, and comfort levels, my stay here reminded me of the standards found in hotels like ibis. Not because the hotel concept is the same, but because of the consistent quality of service that makes guests feel truly welcomed. Overall, De Palma Hotel Ampang is very suitable for solo staycations, short family getaways, or business trips. For the price I paid, this hotel truly offers excellent value for money. "i really enjoyed this trip because the place is wide and breathable. nature is in front of my room and its specious with balcony and coffee table. the white pillars of the hotel is stands tall and stately makes Flamingo Hotel looks luxurious. definitely will always come back here!"

"Location is perfect. Walking distance to ampang point mall. Ground floor have nasi kandar restaurant. Nearby have many restaurants and shops. Stay here to go zoo negara the next day. Take around 15 minutes drive to zoo negara"

"This hotel offer double room with spacious room rather than other hotel budget. The services included receptionist and other staff quite helpful during our stay. Even the hotel is not soundproof, we still can hear noise from other rooms but still soundproof from outside environment. Near to Ampang point is bonus if guest want to eat. Problems with the hotel is limited parking and tv is not have channel. Even the staff try to help still we cannot access the tv chanel. Bedsheets still have stain. But overalls services we still satisfied the price offered"

Yg ada lebih 1 pun utk tv tp keddkannya tinggi & tangki pam tandas bocor. Ada guest bw masuk family yg ada ank2 kck menyebabkn bunyi bising smpai x blh tdo. Bilik x kedap bunyi.
