VValkyria_motoI chose the hotel because of the location and photos. Our room was 10.
So:
- there are 2 small pools, occupied in the evening.
- breakfasts are a la carte, in the Filipino style.
- the bed is quite comfortable and a good size.
- there are toiletries.
- the windows in the room are boarded up. In fact, the room has no windows.
- the shower has no curtain, the shower pours in all directions.
- the sink is leaking, a large puddle flows in.
- on the first line, you go out and immediately there is the sea. During our stay there were waves with a rip current, the beach was closed. We went surfing to the neighboring beach, 20 minutes walk.

JJimira TobiasThe location is a good spot as it a walking distance to the famous spots in elyu. However, it seems that the owner and the housekeeper has a miscommunication about our stay at the hotel. I hope they could have at least aligned system when it comes to the booking being made thru a third party.

GGuest UserThe room is clean and nice, it has a veranda for you to enjoy the view of the resort. My kids enjoyed the kiddie pool and they have life guards. The staff are very accommodating. We requested to extend pool time for night swimming and they assisted us and appointed a lifeguard to watch over us. Thank you.

GGuest UserI was transferred to the other branch which is in San fernando, The place is really nice 2 mins walk to go to the beach and 5-10 mins ride to san juan. The land lady is very accomodating will surely comeback.

room is comfortable but needs a lot of improvement. Faucet in the comport room is emprovised and the tiles is a little bit dirty. When you take a shower, the water will leak to the door and the floor outside the comport room will get wet. Free breakfast is a little bit good, you can not choose for what dish you want, they just serve what is available. The only thing I want with this hotel is the location, because it is near to the tourist spot. Near to kabsat and also to jetsam and flotsam.

AAnonymous UserIt is in a very good location near the famous 7/11 in San Juan and all the other famous landmark in La Union , however the owner of the building at the time of the check-in date have informed us that they were supposed to be under construction making us be relocated to another room. Nonetheless, everything was good and up to standard.

HHania SaudagarNo electricity and water on first night and this are the only hotel that doesn't have generator. Still, clean and good hotel. The only problem is the electricity and water for the first night we stayed there.
