The owner and the staff are very accomodating too. Pet friendly, equipt with many amenities like shared kitchen, living spaces. Place is pristine with good value foe money. We would go back in a heart beat. Highly recommended!"

"Highly recommended! Staff are courteous and kind. Not too crowded resort. First thing we did upon check in is to check our room and if we need to replace it. We booked 2 rooms but need to ask replacement for one of our room due to aircon water leak on the floor. They are kind enough to replace our room. The rooms are cold and clean.
Breakfast is okay. Need some enhancement in the future.
Overall we love our stay and the kids enjoy their pool and beachfront."

"Amazing hotel!!! It is sparkling clean, super friendly and helpful staff, and great breakfast! It's not on the beach, but is convenient enough to get anywhere by trike. "My wife and I stayed at Awesome hotel for a few nights and were very impressed, great hotel with exceptional service. Loved the look and feel of the hotel which is located north end of Urbiztondo beach only a few minutes walk along the beach to all the cafes, restaurants etc. The room was excellent, nice amount of room, with quality from the TV, the bathroom and washing supplies (they use paraben free bath gel etc). We had a room overlooking the pool and ocean view which was lovely.
Shaina at reception checked us in and out and did a fantastic job, very efficient and friendly service.
A couple of points for feedback - The pool was not accessible as they had some work being done, it would have been good to know this before booking. The gym is excellent, and big with all the equipment and weights you need. the only downside is, that it's located in the basement area and is a little dark, brigher lighting would have been better."

What really made the experience even better was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive, which made the whole visit feel extra special.
Definitely a place worth coming back to. Highly recommended if you want somewhere quiet, cozy, and genuinely enjoyable.

KKeinagisaramWent with my bf and with other couple (our friends) and everything is nice except that the AC can't cool the whole room, thus the presence of an e-fan inside the room.
No telephone or hair dryer in the room unlike what's showed here but with complementary towels and soap. The receptionist acknowledged our feedback on our checkout and we are happy!

The location is absolutely stunning, with pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters creating a tranquil paradise. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable environment. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The resort's amenities, including the pool and dining options, were top-notch and greatly enhanced the overall experience. I highly recommend Marand Beach Resort by Cocotel for anyone looking to escape and unwind in a beautiful setting.

It combines the best of a beautiful and wide natural beach with a combination of pools that will satisfy each member of the family. My only gripe is that the waste bins are too small and some toilet stalls are too tight, i.e. the door is too near the edge, which can be difficult for taller guests. Service is excellent. Congratulations to management and staff!

AAnneThe wifi signal was difficult in the pool area and we had to ask the front desk multiple times to fix the room wifi. The shower water was also very slow. The cafeteria has no onsite waiters, you will have to look for them in order to order. The aircon wasn't cold enough for a room that's for 4 pax so we had to ask for an extra fan in the room.
But the pool is good especially if you have kids. The beach area is also clean and not crowded so that's a good point. The food price is also affordable. The location if good for those who have private cars but i'll be quite far for commuters to find places to eat outside of the hotel.

MMia PiIt was an old house turned to be a hotel. It was so relaxing coz there are lots of plants, trees and view of the sea.
They allow us to use the microwave and other utensils. The bed was so soft and room was big.
