"The staff were incredibly nice and polite throughout our stay. The floors and surroundings were very clean and well-maintained, which made the place feel even more comfortable. And the sunset view? Absolutely magical such a beautiful and relaxing experience. Highly recommended!
However, I was very disappointed with the Trip.com booking and refund process. I originally booked two rooms, but one of the rooms was suddenly cancelled by the hotel and trip.com. It has already been 7 days, and I still haven’t received any update regarding my refund and its hard to contact them . What made it more frustrating is that the cancellation was not on my end — they were the ones who cancelled the booking, yet the refund process is taking far too long.
Because of this issue, I had to urgently look for another hotel and make another payment to cover our stay. I hope Trip.com and the hotel improve their room availability updates and customer service to avoid this kind of hassle for future guests."

"The room is clean and you can change many towels for free just return the used one. But the location is not quiet good for someone who wants to be near the island, if you want to go to the turtle island you need to ride a motorcycle for 150 pesos or ride 2 jeeps for 40 pesos.
The hostel has it own swimming pool and cafe."

Me and my parents had a good time during our stay.
Every one is so kind and polite. I love the amenities, food, location, and most especially our room view from our balcony that I requested prior to our checked-in date.
Away from the usual elyu noise at night time wherein you can really relax and enjoy the beach.
If you want a very peaceful and relaxing place, don’t hesitate to booked this place ‘coz it’s worth every penny you will pay. ☺️

The room is clean and nice, it has a veranda for you to enjoy the view of the resort. My kids enjoyed the kiddie pool and they have life guards. The staff are very accommodating. We requested to extend pool time for night swimming and they assisted us and appointed a lifeguard to watch over us. Thank you.

Room is clean, AC remote is not available and comfort room can be used by 2 occupied rooms, (kinda hassle). The bidet is leaking and making the floor always wet and slippery. Food is tasty. Staffs are good.

I had a very satisfying stay here! The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a great night's sleep. The bathroom was odor-free and well-stocked with toiletries. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great. Overall, the atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, and it offered great value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to friends.

Our stay at San Juan Hostel was really great. The place is clean, relaxing, and perfect for a short getaway. We loved that there was a pool where we could unwind and enjoy our free time. The location is also very convenient because it is near Kabsat and just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy for us to explore and enjoy the area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere of the hostel felt welcoming and peaceful. It was definitely a pleasant experience, and we would gladly stay there again.

The wifi signal was difficult in the pool area and we had to ask the front desk multiple times to fix the room wifi. The shower water was also very slow. The cafeteria has no onsite waiters, you will have to look for them in order to order. The aircon wasn't cold enough for a room that's for 4 pax so we had to ask for an extra fan in the room.
But the pool is good especially if you have kids. The beach area is also clean and not crowded so that's a good point. The food price is also affordable. The location if good for those who have private cars but i'll be quite far for commuters to find places to eat outside of the hotel.
