Location is accessible to banks, convenience stores, and food establishments. Place is secured however they provide 1 access card only for two people sharing the room. After all, it was a great stay!

Had an amazing staycation! The place was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and everything we needed was readily available. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. It was the perfect escape from the busy routine. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Positive: Keeps constant communication with me thru email. Security staff is helpful. Not so Positive: 1. Complimentary water, towels, toiletries, slippers, and bed were prepared for ONLY 2 Persons. I booked the room for 3 PEOPLE. My daughter slept on the couch on the first night since we cant find a proper mattress cover and blanket. On the second night, we shared our bed blanket for her mattress cover and all 3 of us had no blankets still. We used our jackets and other clothings to keep us from getting cold. Sleep WAS NOT comfortable. 3. A certain odor wafts from the bathroom drain. Sometimes it gets so strong it spreads to the living room. Overall stay: Average

This is an excellent place to stay at Venice Grand Mall. From the balcony one looks down on the canal with the gondolas floating along guiding by the colourfully dressed gondaliers. Ali, the host, was prompt and so helpful - the apartment being set up so well. Additional facilities (pool etc) were easy to use and so clean. I would also recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to explore BGC.

The location is great! however this unit have many cockroach also please change the slippers to plastic type because it smells horrible. i guess previous guests used the slipper while their phone is wet thats why it was absorbed also the small carpet is smelly and chair cover needs wash

Mabait po ang mga staffs approachable po sila...suggestion lang po mag provide sana kahit cups and spoon lang✌🏻✌🏻🥰all in all great experience pa din po...babalik pa pag may chance
