YYong Pagong⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Such a Great Stay! Had an awesome time at Shangri-La The Fort! The room was super comfy and had an amazing view. Everything was clean, modern, and felt really high-end without being over the top. Staff were all so friendly and helpful—everyone made us feel welcome right away. The location is perfect too, right in BGC, so it's easy to walk to great restaurants, shops, and bars. Definitely recommend trying the breakfast buffet (so good!), and the gym and pool are huge—way better than most hotels. Totally worth it. Would 100% stay here again!

GGuest UserGreat experience during our wedding anniversary celebration with 2 of our kids. The hotel is very clean, very organised and well-furnished. The room is big and has washing-drying machine and induction cooker. Suitable for short and long stay duration. Conveniently located near parks, malls, movie houses and restaurants. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet has great choices and the restaurant staffs entertained us so well and they gifted us with cake for our anniversary.

YYoominMy stay at Grand Hyatt was exceptional. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and attentive, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Highly recommended!

HHozeyThe guy at the reception knows that I cant walk properly due to my foot is injured. I sat down on a chair while waiting for my deposit refund but then he still asked me to come to him just to get the deposit refund regardless of my condition. So far thats only the negative side I have experienced during my stay but the hotel itself is cool and clean.
