- The gym is the best I’ve seen in the Philippines (see pictures)
- Jacuzzi and warm bath in the gym is awesome (see pictures)
Cons
- minibar is woeful (see pictures)… one snickers bar, one bag of M&M’s when I paid for a room for three people.
- TV’s are too small in both bedroom and living room.
- There are two small lights under the bedside cabinet each side of the bed that are literally impossible to switch off at night..
- The Davidoff shop has a smoking lounge which is more of a cheap cafe than a lounge (see photo). The alternative smoking area in the hotel has no seats and not really very pleasant either.
- The road noise from outside late at night and early in the morning is completely unacceptable.
We booked the best room available and the notice late at night ruined our stay so much we checked out a day early instead of accepting a DOWNGRADE as all of the Premier Suites overlook main roads and crossroads! Not exactly ‘luxury’.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel was excellent - large room, perfect location, food quality of breakfast buffet was top notch. I think I was also upgraded to a bigger room which was awesome. There was a bit of an unnecessary delay with checking in as not all reception desks were staffed, but overall, I still had a great stay. I highly recommend this hotel ❤️👍🏻

GGuest UserMy stay at Grand Hyatt was exceptional. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and attentive, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserToilet is really slippery but you don't have to worry, since it's narrow, you'll still be standing even if you slipped, elevator is out of order, good thing we've packed lightly, I can't imagine those who've booked here with full luggages, as the rooms are in the 3rd and 4th floor, they managed to fix it the following day. Don't expect much on the free breakfast. Cleanliness is okay, Service can be further improved, staff in the morning doesn't even greet you, I don't know if they're having a bad day or what.

DDenciongThe room has a separate bedroom and the room is so spacious enough for 2 people. However the room is dusty and the water supply is too slow at night that you can't take a bath and poop

AAnthony TabunanWe booked it for last minute like early in morning around 4AM because me and my friends are looking for short rest after we went to KTV bar and I like how the reservation get smooth until we checked in. Though the location is quite far but it saved us from that day . We are 6 pax and we were able to sleep well even in a short period of time. The room is clean and they have extra beds. We love the amenities. I recommend this for emergency stay.
