AAvid_TravelerPros - Great easy check in experience. Best I’ve had - The small bathroom in the room with just the sink and toilet is so nicely done (see photo. - Bathroom has a bath - The gym is the best I’ve seen in the Philippines (see pictures) - Jacuzzi and warm bath in the gym is awesome (see pictures) Cons - minibar is woeful (see pictures)… one snickers bar, one bag of M&M’s when I paid for a room for three people. - TV’s are too small in both bedroom and living room. - There are two small lights under the bedside cabinet each side of the bed that are literally impossible to switch off at night.. - The Davidoff shop has a smoking lounge which is more of a cheap cafe than a lounge (see photo). The alternative smoking area in the hotel has no seats and not really very pleasant either. - The road noise from outside late at night and early in the morning is completely unacceptable. We booked the best room available and the notice late at night ruined our stay so much we checked out a day early instead of accepting a DOWNGRADE as all of the Premier Suites overlook main roads and crossroads! Not exactly ‘luxury’. Book a cheaper room

AAnonymous UserThis hotel was excellent - large room, perfect location, food quality of breakfast buffet was top notch. I think I was also upgraded to a bigger room which was awesome. There was a bit of an unnecessary delay with checking in as not all reception desks were staffed, but overall, I still had a great stay. I highly recommend this hotel ❤️👍🏻

LLyndonBest hotel experience in the Philippines!!! All of the WeChat communication was handled with care and precision. Water was plenty, tissues and towels was provided upon requests and use of swimming pool was great! They also give us breakfast in our door every morning. 5 star experience!

During my stay, it took around 40 minutes to complete, which felt unnecessarily long. This delay was a bit frustrating, especially when trying to wrap up a trip efficiently. Streamlining this process would greatly improve the guest experience. **Overall:** Grand Hyatt Manila offers a luxurious stay with a fantastic location and outstanding service from the staff. The room is really clean and the fragrant of the room is really relaxing. The shower room and the toilet are separate. The staff are really accommodating and are always smiling. The drinking water is refillable.

GGuest UserUpgrade to a one-bedroom and one-living room suite for free. The apartment room has a washing machine, and the clothes can be dried overnight. Equipped with simple kitchen utensils, you can cook simple meals. It's just that the air conditioner is too noisy, so you need to choose carefully for those who have high requirements for the sleeping environment.

GGuest UserWe had an amazing stay at Avant Serviced Suites. The studio room we stayed at had all the facilities we need as a family with an infant. The room was clean, the lobby was well-lit, the location was perfect if you want to be close to the BGC High Street. The staffs were also warm and helpful. We will surely go back!

The only complaint I have is that the lobby reception is not dealing with this property, it seems like they have their own admin contactable through WhatsApp. So when a person showed up to take deposit from me, I was a little worried that I will never get it back. They are also quite slow to reply messages, you need to call them. But other than the administration part, everything else was great. It is also very close to the Venice Grand Canal Mall.
