"Thompson suite has a great location near Uptown mall and accessible to many point of interest in BGC. The unit is clean and spacious comfortable for our group of five. However, both shower room gets wet easily due to its design which requires a lot of towel to dry the floor. I appreciate the assistance of Jen and Rose in providing updates and some toiletries. Checking in and checking out was smooth and purely no contact process."

"The room was clean and spacious. The unit owner was also very helpful and responded quickly to our inquiries. Clear check-in instructions were provided, so our check-in process went smoothly. The location is a huge plus! It is literally beside and directly connected to Venice Grand Canal Mall. I highly recommend this place to pet owners who love bringing their fur babies along on staycations. There were only two downsides. First, the air conditioner wasn’t as cold as we expected, although that may have been due to the summer heat. Second, guests were required to gather all their trash and dispose of it in a designated area of the condo basement. Perhaps the cleaning staff could handle this instead, provided that guests properly dispose of their trash in the designated bins inside the unit. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely book again!"

"Location & View: 💯 Highly recommended. The location and view are excellent. That said, the place is very busy, so late check-out isn’t accommodated—which is understandable considering the constant turnover. With guests coming in and out and a full unit to clean (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living area), it’s realistic to expect that it may not always be pristine. I booked this place twice, one week apart, staying almost a week each time. I’m a bit of a clean freak, so even in 4–5 star hotels I bring disinfectant and alcohol. For Airbnbs especially, I don’t feel comfortable using towels or beddings knowing how some guests can be inconsiderate. This place is a combination of pros and cons for me. I love the location, space, and layout, but during my first stay I noticed signs that the bed linens may have been tidied rather than fully changed. Because of that, I brought my own bed cover and sheets and didn’t use the comforter. For my second booking, I communicated with the very responsive owner and requested flexibility with check-in so cleaning wouldn’t be rushed. That made a big difference—the unit was noticeably cleaner (even the couch was vacuumed), which I really appreciated. One suggestion: adding shower curtains or upgrading to shower doors would help keep the bathroom floors dry—it’s always nice to see dry bathroom floors. Overall, I love the place and would still recommend it, especially for the location and space, but cleanliness details really matter for guests like me."

"Overall, a clean room, a little small, but it did have a balcony and everything you needed, the bed was good.The water pressure was fine.The only thing I would say is it's on a very busy road occasionally you could hear road.Noise, especially if you're not on a high floor and additionally the buffet breakfast was subpar.The staff was friendly easy check in mostly depending on how many people were waiting to check in with you.Overall price was decent value and fairly good location near BGC and Malls"
