"The room was clean and spacious. The unit owner was also very helpful and responded quickly to our inquiries. Clear check-in instructions were provided, so our check-in process went smoothly.
The location is a huge plus! It is literally beside and directly connected to Venice Grand Canal Mall. I highly recommend this place to pet owners who love bringing their fur babies along on staycations.
There were only two downsides. First, the air conditioner wasn’t as cold as we expected, although that may have been due to the summer heat. Second, guests were required to gather all their trash and dispose of it in a designated area of the condo basement. Perhaps the cleaning staff could handle this instead, provided that guests properly dispose of their trash in the designated bins inside the unit.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely book again!"

This is an excellent place to stay at Venice Grand Mall. From the balcony one looks down on the canal with the gondolas floating along guiding by the colourfully dressed gondaliers. Ali, the host, was prompt and so helpful - the apartment being set up so well.
Additional facilities (pool etc) were easy to use and so clean.
I would also recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to explore BGC.

I contacted them late at night, but they responded kindly.
The location was convenient because it was next to SM Aura.
At first, I checked the street view through Google Map.
I wasn't sure if it was the right accommodation. It seems like the Google Map location needs to be corrected.
However, overall, the reception was friendly and the accommodation facilities were cleanly managed, so I am satisfied.

The view from the room on the top floor was beautiful. It was only a minute's walk to the Venice Grand Canal Mall.

Gladys GaleIt is spacious and the location is convenient. Room is near the pool. We liked the sofa and futons, and there were plently of pillows and blankets. There is also available cookware and cutlery. Water runs nicely as well.
If any, it would be better if the host reaches out proactively or at least checks to make sure if we are already settled in. The host was abit hard to reach, and the lobby frontdesk made me feel like I'm being bothersome.
Also, the building corridor (outside the room) smells pungent like curry.
The smart tv has no Netflix altho has other streaking services, we had to cast our laptop to be able to watch.
