AAmyZhang1985The impression should be a hotel that is more beautiful in this trip. Whether it is health, location, parking, it is good early, and it is close to the outlets. The outlets in San Francisco are especially recommended. The only thing is to feel the attitude, not warm, a little cold.

GGuest UserBecause of near location of hotel to my visiting company I have selected this hotel. Receptionist was friendly and check in process went smoothly. Room was at decent size and king size bed was comfortable.
I have used outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi which were nice during my stay. Breakfast was good with sufficient variety of hot meal, cereal and fresh fruits.
I'd stay again in this hotel if I come back again

AAnonymous UserThe front desk was a black lady with a blank expression and indifferent service. The room I requested was far from the elevator, but I was given a room next to the elevator. I was too lazy to go down to change the room, but the electronic curtains were still broken, so I had to go down to change the room. I was already very tired and really upset. This black lady at the front desk affected my impression of Hilton and San Francisco. It was really disgusting. The hotel facilities and hygiene were OK, and the breakfast was an American breakfast, which was OK.

GGuest UserI would say it is a decent place to stay. They have a small kitchen if you want to cook but they provide breakfast from 6-9 so you don't really need to. The room is not as big as I thought. They have a laundry room too.

Shopping and eating are very convenient, the room is also very large, there are electric stoves, ovens, etc. in the apartment, very convenient, the first day of the room did not clean the toilet and did not flush, I felt very bad, told the front desk to change the room immediately, the TV and lights in the room are old, some TVs are still image tubes, The switch of the light also needs to be maintained. There is a small outdoor swimming pool. The weather temperature difference is large. There is no swimming. The hotel has good greening, convenient parking, breakfast is too simple, coffee in the lobby is available 24 hours a day, and the comprehensive evaluation is OK.

The facilities are old and the sanitary conditions are not good. There is only a Chinese supermarket across the road and restaurants are very convenient.

AAnonymous UserDoesn’t have any inside windows but if you from any windows actually very green many food spots and many stores nearby are walking distance and BART which is a form of transportation is very close by I really like everything about this room very cozy very clean and the customer service is fantastic here every time

MmadsillyBreakfast is ok. No toothbrushes and slippers, no hotels in the United States. There is no heating and air conditioning, it will be very cold in December, I added a quilt. Downstairs security is OK, there is a restaurant, close to a commercial area by the sea, homeless people are much less than San Francisco. The train next to it will be very noisy and it is recommended to stay on the other side of the train. The room was large and there was a desk, but I didn't even have a chandelier above my head. I don't know why, the light is very dark.
