2-Star Hotels in Alameda County

The hotel was renovated not long ago. The facilities in the room are pretty good, clean and tidy. The surrounding environment is good. The breakfast variety is rich. The front desk service is very good. Some public facilities are a bit old (such as elevators, etc.), and the sanitation is not very frequent. The overall feeling is still good.

Because of near location of hotel to my visiting company I have selected this hotel. Receptionist was friendly and check in process went smoothly. Room was at decent size and king size bed was comfortable. I have used outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi which were nice during my stay. Breakfast was good with sufficient variety of hot meal, cereal and fresh fruits. I'd stay again in this hotel if I come back again

The front desk was a black lady with a blank expression and indifferent service. The room I requested was far from the elevator, but I was given a room next to the elevator. I was too lazy to go down to change the room, but the electronic curtains were still broken, so I had to go down to change the room. I was already very tired and really upset. This black lady at the front desk affected my impression of Hilton and San Francisco. It was really disgusting. The hotel facilities and hygiene were OK, and the breakfast was an American breakfast, which was OK.

Very good, the service is also very good, and the breakfast is quite rich! The room is large, with a refrigerator and microwave, and the stay experience is very good! If there is a chance, I will continue to choose this hotel to stay!

I would say it is a decent place to stay. They have a small kitchen if you want to cook but they provide breakfast from 6-9 so you don't really need to. The room is not as big as I thought. They have a laundry room too.

Doesn’t have any inside windows but if you from any windows actually very green many food spots and many stores nearby are walking distance and BART which is a form of transportation is very close by I really like everything about this room very cozy very clean and the customer service is fantastic here every time

The hotel is close to the beach and Shoping mall, the environment is good, in Alameda, the security is better. Shopping and eating are very convenient, the room is also very large, there are electric stoves, ovens, etc. in the apartment, very convenient, the first day of the room did not clean the toilet and did not flush, I felt very bad, told the front desk to change the room immediately, the TV and lights in the room are old, some TVs are still image tubes, The switch of the light also needs to be maintained. There is a small outdoor swimming pool. The weather temperature difference is large. There is no swimming. The hotel has good greening, convenient parking, breakfast is too simple, coffee in the lobby is available 24 hours a day, and the comprehensive evaluation is OK.

第一次入住嚇了一跳，酒店門口居然有條火車軌道，火車嗚嗚地從門前開過。 後來睡了兩晚後發現，還好，不怎麼影響夜間睡眠，雖然我是睡眠很困難、對睡眠要求很苛刻的人。 住了幾天後，發現這家酒店真的挺好：交通特別方便，輪渡碼頭就在酒店斜對面、步行距離五分鐘，擺渡到舊金山市中心25分鐘。步行到輕軌（BART）也就十多分鐘。去奧克蘭市中心也是步行距離，Chinatown也在那。公交線路也很多。真的很方便！ 酒店後面就是星巴克，喝咖啡也方便。 然後，最美的是酒店靠近海邊、碼頭，早上出去散步真的感覺很好、很美。 服務也不錯、房間挺大的。 我前後一共住了十多天，感覺越住越舒服。
