"Too bad, no doubt about it. First of all, we booked a deluxe king room with a bathtub for 1,600 yuan on Ctrip, but the room we were given was very small, and the rooms on the floor were very smelly. On the first night, I thought it was just this type of room and didn't argue. The outrageous thing was the second night, in the middle of the night, there was a loud dripping sound from the ceiling leaking onto us, and our clothes and quilts were all wet, waking us up from our dreams, and the ceiling also fell down. It was speechless. The excessive thing was that we called the front desk, but they didn't apologize at all, and seemed very calm. They directly changed the room type for us. We arrived at the new room type and found that this was the deluxe king room. When we checked out, we argued with them, and the waiter said that our original room was a deluxe king room. He refused to admit it and didn't apologize. It's just bullying Chinese people, discrimination, and intolerable!"

"This is a very good hotel with a fully equipped kitchen, clean rooms, and spacious rooms. It's across from Costco, but there are no restaurants nearby. Breakfast includes homemade waffles, but the selection isn't very extensive. However, be aware that there's no housekeeper on Saturdays and Sundays. There's no one to clean the room or take out the trash."

Everything about the resort was excellent--lovely, quiet spot but not too far out of town (close to several wineries), beautiful building and grounds, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. The coffee was especially good. We didn't use the spa. If we return to Livermore, we'll definitely stay again."
